Lobby has been closed for the past 2 days. The only place in my route to get a decent meal and away from my truck no longer allows people in the store. I guess we are back to closing down the country for another pandemic.

We were told there was an hour and a half wait for a food order. THAT is ridiculous even on Sunday afternoon. We were told the reason was because there were only 3 people working. That’s not an excuse. It wasn’t THAT busy. They lost sales from 3 families.

Over 30 minutes for two shakes what a joke. 3 employers working and one was a manager. She stated it was due to a short of employees. Funny thing there was not even a ton of customers in side or in the drive thru. Asked to be comped a order of fries and was told they couldn't even do that. I will not be back nor do I recommend you to this place. I didn't even get whip cream or a cherry which I'm almost positive come on top of the shakes.

Great food and excellent service. Service was fast and food was hot. Very clean interior. Great place to stop for a meal and some ice cream. If you’re hungry in Rotan, DQ is the place to go. Shout out to Christina for being sooooo awesome!!! Thank you!😊👍

I decided to stop at the local Dairy Queen for a quick break and try the Animal Cookie Blizzard. What a fantastic choice! The Blizzard was delicious, filled with crunchy, frosted animal cookies and colorful sprinkles that added a perfect touch of nostalgia. The atmosphere was welcoming and clean, making it a pleasant spot to relax for a bit.
The shop could use a bit of an upgrade on the interior and exterior. The shop inside was clean and tidy and the restrooms was clean and fresh,the staff was fast with my order,friendly and polite. I had the double cheese burger. Very succulent and tasty. I'll definitely be back for more.
