We generally stop in route to deer hunting. We love it! KC1 easily feed 2-3 people. Get extra set ups! Apps are massive. Portion sizes will not disappoint. Prices are amazing. Steak and seasoning on the steak are amazing. Been here at least 50 times over the last 10 years. And will continue to stop!

Wife and I drove 5 hours just to try this place and liked it more than any other steakhouse we've eaten at up to this point. Huge steaks eith great flavor and plenty of trimmings to go with it. Go with a large appetite because you're gonna need it and will still bring leftovers home!

Service was great. Seated and waited on promptly. My wife, Janet, got a small chicken fried steak that was wonderful. I opted for the large catfish plate. It was battered, seasoned, and fried to perfection.

I ordered the steak fingers with brown gravy and Mac & Cheese. The fingers had a tasty house breading. The Mac & Cheese was pretty tasty (mine is better!). The brown gravy was gravy. The dinner rolls were simply awesome!
The atmosphere was typical country diner. Raw concrete floors, and an eclectic mix of tables and chairs.
The service was quite good. Drinks were always topped off, and the wait staff was always smiling.
All in all, definitely worth the drive to give it a try.

I went here for some steaks, needless to say I was not disappointed. I had a cold draft beer, fresh salad bar, appetizers, KC for 1 (four lg steaks; med rare) and banana pudding. Our waitress was great and friendly. The steaks were delicious (A-1 sauce was not needed bc steaks were cooked to perfection) and great in size. I will definitely be going back. Thank you to Lowake Steakhouse staff for making my experience wonderful. 👍🏼👍🏼
Neat place to eat, steak was all over cooked and very expensive. Nice to visit occasionally but couldn't do it regularly. Salad bar was fresh and delicious.

It's a good place, ate here twice, steak once and chicken fried steak fingers the next time. Staff is very friendly and I enjoy starting the meal with a salad.
