This would have been our first time trying this place, but the experience was horrible. We are not coming back. Waited over an hour and twenty minutes for food and left without trying anything because our food was still not ready. Need better staff and management, no organization.

The girl I spoke with on the phone this morning when trying to put a Togo order was really rude. She definitely sounded as if she hates her job. Im pretty sure she hung up on me, So I called back and stated it seems we got disconnected and she didn’t say sorry or nothing then just “yeah” then, as a proceed to order, she asked me to hold on and put me on hold. I ended up hanging up because I felt really uncomfortable even giving her my order now. I enjoy y’all’s food there but today y’all lost out on money because of her so maybe you should reevaluate who is working for you.

I frequent this location often. And at best, the service is always subpar. Anytime I’ve ever had a pick up order. There’s always been an issue. The service at this particular location is mediocre, and the food is bland. However, what prompted my review is that I went to this location to pick up a DoorDash order, and everything about it was just terrible. And the person placing the order apparently knew this because they sent a message asking me to open it and make sure that everything was in the bag and sure enough everything was not in the bag and they only had a single order! On top of that, they charged me an extra two dollars for a condiment that should’ve simply come with the order. I’m just glad I checked the order prior to leaving the location. Just picking up that single order I encountered three problems. The staff is more than friendly, but that just goes to show that I will never, come to this location again. The location on Ridge is super. I’ve never had any issues there, but for some reason, the Dalrock location is absolutely terrible.

First time going and was blown away by there amazing food
Stopped by & was not disappointed. So cute on the inside✨& food was even better- definitely recommend the banana Nutella crepes… they did not skimp on the Nutella ? yum yum yum, would def go back ?
Our server was Leti, her professionalism, attentiveness and friendliness is what keeps us coming back. The food is great along with the atmosphere.

Just ate brunch here! Customer service was excellent, called ahead they got a table ready and even called us when it was ready!!! Leti was our waiter she was amazing and on the ball! Had the best recommendations and her service was amazing! We will for sure be back!

Our first time at 30 Brunch House! We all ordered something different for breakfast and everything was delicious! Nice open atmosphere and Lita was very accommodating and friendly. Support this restaurant- we will definitely be back!
