This place is so good! I cannot say enough, they know what they are doing, and we will definitely be back ? they had good music as well.

Excellent service, food, libations, and atmosphere! I’m glad I stopped in and will be stopping in more often. I highly recommend this restaurant for dinner or just to snack at the bar.

The food was exceptional, the service was like dying a very slow death. I have dined with them at their Dalrock location many times, I even drive from Carrollton to eat there and I never had any issues. Tonight I was at their new location in Mesquite. I sat at the bar since I was a party of 1. Several waite staff was there, two people were working the bar. It took over 12 mins (1 other person was at the bar when I sat down-2 more came in after) for the guy to ask me if I wanted anything to drink! After getting my water to me, he didn’t ask if I was ready to order even though I had to ask for a menu and I was sitting there staring at him as if I was waiting on something! Another 9 mins went by and finally he asked me. Never did they bring me their chips & hot sauce, nor was it offered. My food did come out quickly but chips/hot sauce did not. I had to ask again for that and silverware. I had to ask for water refil and after it was clear I was finished eating, another 11 mins went by before I was asked if I wanted anything else. I had to ask for my check. The bar never got busy and the waite staff stood around as inly two of their many tables were occupied. It was poorly ran and I was very dissappointed that I not only drove from Carrollton to their Dalrock location only to find it closed yet online it still showed as open. I called and got the address of the Mesquite location and drove there. Now…I will tell you this I am a mexican food critic and I know my hot sauce too and even though the service SUCKED their food NEVER dissapoints and it is so worth driving clear across Texas to eat there!

Haven’t gotten our meal but it took over 10 minutes to get a bottle beer and watched the bartender and didn’t see any hurry.Limited menu. Will have to see if the food is worth the wait.Nice decor though.

Went for dinner with my family to the new Mesquite location. Ordered a margarita on the rocks with no salt. After quite awhile (the rest of the family had their beverages) I finally was brought a frozen margarita with salt that had very little or no tequila in it. My family had finished eating and the waitress came over for the second time to tell me that the cook skipped my order but was going to start it then. She told me the same thing 25 minutes earlier. My family was finished so I told her to cancel the fajitas and take them off the bill. She then charged the fajitas to another couple at the table. Worst service ever! Can’t comment on the food as I never got to taste it.

Christina and the rest of the staff are always so pleasant. They are the ones who keep us coming back, not to mention the food is always fresh and oh so good! Please don't forget to tip your bartender. She did make a fantastic margarita!

I was told this place had good food as a private chef myself I decided to give it a try-what a mistake that was. I ordered the $17.00 dollar three taco meal. The Spanish rice was cold and burnt. The refried beans did not loom good at all! The only thing that was half way decent was chips and hot sauce that came with it and the meat in the tacos that was it! I will not be returning!

Alejandro's used to be fantastic -- my friends live nearby and whenever I came to town, we'd always go several times. Sadly, they cut their menu by at least 50%. It's so easy to have vegetarian options at a Mexican place -- and they used to have killer veggie fajitas -- but now they have very few veg options, few options altogether really, and make no offers to accommodate by adding veg to the fajitas. It's almost like it's a point of principle. It doesn't make a lot of sense, given that hundreds of potential new customers just moved into the new apartments across the street. If as a former employee said the happy hour is slow -- and you have a ton of potential new customers -- maybe you should try to entice them!

Awful! To start they sat us at a table that had absolutely not light; we moved ourselves. Then I noticed why it was so dark in there because it’s DIRTY. I didn't like that there were dead bugs all in the windows & hanging off the blinds when I ate. Our server was the bar tender, took our order & never returned, we had to go to her. Mind you there were other servers in the restaurant not just her. Don’t waste your time or hard earned money on this location. The shrimp was rotten, & had to be sent back. The queso didn’t even taste like queso, tasted old & to be honest, don’t know what the flavor was; let’s go with “nasty”. The guys in the kitchen were all on their phone so no wonder we were eating old food. If you are looking to get sick, go here or heed my advice & avoid at all cost! We eat at the one in Royse City all the time & it is by far superior to this location, take your business there, it’s with the drive!

Alejandro has not paid my my check for 7 months now. I have went to TWC months ago and still no check. Why would a business owner deliberately hold pay from a service person who had stated clearly that they needed their money? He said I would make $100 a shift and when that didn't happen I offered to help him build his happy hour business because it is dead. He declined and said he'd mail my check and has ignored my messages for it.Now I see why the now hiring sign has stayed up and mostly teens work for him.I'll update this review when I receive my pay, which should include minimum wage compensation for the shifts I worked and made less than minimum wage with the very few sales coming through the door.

An unexpected good find. We've driven by this place too many times to count. On our way home we decided to give this place a try and we're glad we did. The chips and salsa started our meal. The salsa had a nice kick to it. We tried the queso. Who goes to eat Mexican and doesn't try the queso? It was standard queso. Good tasting though I'd like some more spice or some brisket or carne asada on top. For the entree, we did the super fajitas. It has shrimp wrapped in bacon, chicken, pork and beef fajitas. I thought they were all very good. Our favorite is as the pork. The waiter said the pork was a crowd favorite also. We might have tried a dessert but the fajitas was more than enough food for us. Our waiter was super friendly and attentive. It was shame that we were then only ones there on a Saturday night. Maybe give this place another try or try it out if you've just been passing it like we had been doing. I can see us making this a regular stop during the month.

WORST Food & service I have EVER had in my 45 yrs of life. We were the ONLY people in the restaurant & our waitress not once came to check on us. I paid extra for a side of special rice and didn't get it. We had to track her down after we were done eating TWICE because the 1st time she was too busy on her phone to pay attention. DO NOT recommend this place at all! The food was awful. I wouldn't have even left a tip but the machine gave me no option not to. NOT HAPPY!!!!

I really just didn't enjoy much of what I got. Everything lacked salt and seasoning. My avocado was forgotten, and the potatoes were unfortunately burnt. Sad.

Took more than an hour to get our food. When it finally did come, it didn’t all come out together and some had to wait 20 mins more. Some of the orders were incorrect. All in all, it took us almost 2.5 hours to have dinner and not by choice.
