Jewel is the most responsive, sweet, and amazing bartender I’ve had in a long long time, keeps my beer cold and fresh. She’s also very nice to look at which is a big plus! Come see her she’s there Tuesday through Thursdays until 6 pm

We had self seating in the bar area, the hostess was kind and gave us menus etc, she informed the bar tender and it was 2 ladies working at the bar and no one greeted us or said I will be right thier something! So we continued to wait for over 15 + min still nothing, so we decided to leave no one even paid attention to except for the greeting hostess, I'm sure she told the bar tenders. It was not even crowded!

Update: Gave this place a 2nd chance and was excited to say Kelsey H completely redeemed this place by giving amazing friendly service. She made sure we had full glasses and hot food to eat. Awesome time tonight! We eat here a lot and usually love it. Tonight was treated so awfully not sure we will ever be back. Sat for over an hour before order was taken. When requesting service we were told she asked us twice if we were ok and we said yes. We didn't get asked and definitely didn't respond but oh well. Frustrating because this is a fave spot usually. Strike 1.

Huge shoutout to our waitress Denna! This lady deserves a raise, a trophy, and maybe a vacation. She was so sweet with my kids and somehow made dinner calm and fun for an overwhelmed mom 🙌 10/10 would recommend this location fantastic customer service. Thank you Denna!

I was not going to post a review, but now I feel I must. My fiancé and I visited this location over a month ago and the entire visit was so much worse than awful. The staff was not very friendly, It took a while for them to come and take our order and there was only probably 10 people in the restaurant, Then they give us the entire incorrect order. They gave me the totally wrong burger, My fiancé ordered a chicken sandwich that arrived dripping with grease. She had so much grease in that sandwich that when she took a bite out of it, it squirted grease all over her chest. It even left a burn mark on her chest That is how hot that grease was. That is way too hot and should not be served that hot. Also should not be served dripping grease from the patty. Me and my fiancé both don’t like confrontation, So due to that fact, and the fact that we didn’t know who the manager was because we could barely find our waitress, We decided not to say anything in the store and instead call corporate. I called corporate made a complaint sending in the pictures of the burn Mark And the lady on the phone was very nice. Very apologetic. Wanted to make sure my fiancé was OK. She then told me one of the store leaders will be reaching out to me well, a couple days later somebody reaches out to me turns out it was not from the store. It was another guy who was asking More to follow up questions about The incidents. Instead of being concerned, He immediately told me well it was my fault that I didn’t tell the manager on duty. He told me he would send this to the actual manager of the store and he would be contacting me, but it’s been over a month and that has not happened yet. The entire behavior of the staff tells me that this Applebee’s location cares more about making a profit than their customer safety. This is hands-down, the worst experience I’ve ever had. I used to love Applebee’s But after this visit, they have lost me as a customer. Honestly, Applebee’s is lucky she wasn’t burned more severely otherwise this would’ve become a major problem for them. All I want is to make sure this doesn’t happen to anybody again, If I can get a refund for the whole order an inconvenience and that would be even better, but I would settle for the safety of the next customer that goes to This restaurant. The fact that they can’t even call to make sure we’re OK or offer. Apologies when somebody gets burned and or injured at their restaurant is baffling to me.
My brother and I came in to Applebees to watch football , and we were immediately barked at by the bartender. When I said “hello” and she yelled “one moment”!! Then when it was time for our drink order- a literal split second after she yelled “One Moment” she asked “short or tall” for my brothers beer and with in 1 second before he could answer she shouted “SHORT OR TALL” . It was such a strange experience, nobody wants to be yelled at and deal with a rude person when they go to Applebees. I saw another review in on google where someone shared a similar review and attached a picture of her, so I’ll attach as well. This isn't a prison, she has no reason to act like a corrections officer. Yelling at two customers as soon as they walk in is so weird, she also had wrinkled stained clothes on and was sweaty, she may be under influence of something.

The food was delicious and the service was excellent.Jewel made us feel comfortable and answered our many questions about the menu. We felt good about our choices and the portions were better than expected. All of the customers seemed to enjoy their lunch.
