They have curbside pu "BUT" As we found out today, It's the Bar Tenders job to bring out your food. "THAT'S " Provide they don't forget you. And "This" after you have already left a tip. In short if you order food from them don't wait on someone to bring out your per paid food order and don't tip till you have your order

On a Sunday night I sat at the bar for chicken and beer (Honey Glazed) and chicken to go (Fiesta Lime). Both were very tasty, but the bar music was outrageously loud, causing everyone to constantly scream at each other -- outrageously loud x2.

Ordered a burger and the grease was so abundant that it ran down my hands to my arms. It was disgusting!!! Never be back to this joint!!

Was there in the bar section table and seems that the bartender was having a really bad day as she was extremely rude not only to me but two other couples sitting at the bar. We asked for a manager and the manage looks to have blown us off and not not interested on what we had to say, never made eye contact or ask what he could do to make our experience a bit better. My wife and son still ate our food but the other 2 couples smartly left after a drink. I do plan to go back as the food is great, but will not sit anywhere near this bartender (who seems to be shocked we complained on) if she is ever there. Sad that we work hard and want to go out and relax at a local eatery and have this kind of experience. Sure hope this bartender is reprimanded (I don’t wish on anyone to lose there job) and will change her ways.

I'm really sad to have to post this but I've been visiting this location for almost 10 years and the last visit was awfull. We went for early dinner on 12/24, sat at the bar area like always, short bartender was trying her best but she was all alone and the place was busy. There was a taller bartender just standing there, not helping. Short bartender was able to take your order and make our drinks, she stopped by a couple more times taking care of us but her shift was over so we paid our bill before she left but stayed because we hadn't finished our meal. Tall bartender was just there, pretending to be busy but not really doing much, didnt checknon us once, she made the drinks for the table next to us but left them at tue bar for a good 10 min until one guy just got them and brought them to their table. We wanted one last round, we tried to order from tall bartender but she said she'd send someone.... okay. There were two servers, a guy and a girl, the guy approached us and I just told him we wanted another round. Took a while again but we got it, I was in a bad mood by then but we drank and asked for the check just to find out he got me the most expensive tequila for my house margarita, I didn't order the most expensive tequila before and I told him so, he apologized said it was his mistake. It was Christmas so I just let it go and left. Not only we got awful service, the servers took advantage of us. I should've demanded to take it off my bill! Anyway I don't think I'll be back for a while or at least not if those two people are still there. This used to be a great place *crying.
The door on the handicap stall in the woman’s bathroom has a broken latch and will not stay closed.

Very nice waitress, though she did not listen to or make sure all of my special requests on my food preparation were done like I asked. Still I left her a 25% gratuity as she did bring my food out to me in a timely fashion and refilled my drink regularly. SHE DID NOT GIVE ME MY RECIEPT THE FIRST TIME I ASKED FOR IT. I HAD TO ASK THE MANAGER ON DUTY FOR IT!!

We used to go to Applebee's and we had stopped. It was 2 years or 2.5 years.. it was disgusting.. well me and my wife we went there again.. the menu is new entrees. I had the chicken and shrimp.. it was very good.. we will be back again..
