I was missing half of my order the person somehow didn't understand when I told her , it was dark in there I didn't even notice I got the wrong turnover, ordered cherry and I got apple. I waited so long to pick up my order. Of course my order was still wrong when I got home. This place is trash.

Didn't ask for what type of fries, not very friendly. Fries were so hard, we fed most to the dogs. Opened my sandwich and the sauce was everywhere. Had to rearrange the meat, it was a pile in the center of the bread. The meat was cut too thick.$25 for 2 meals, tasted like old grease.

Just got home with our food and we didn’t get what we ordered. We waited in the drive through for about 20min to not get our order right. When I placed the order she didn’t called it out to check if it was right. My thing is… I am paying for the food I should get what I ordered. Is very disappointing. How do I get my money back?

My husband and I went out for a late night dinner to this store an hour before closing and it was well worth it. Andrew gave us the best service and it didn’t matter that it was right before closing, it was service with a smile. The food was hot, fresh and nicely prepared. It was our first time going to this store. We drove 12 miles to this location because the ratings were really good. The food was so good we sat in the car and ate it. Thanks again Andrew, and Emma for a great meal.

Just left the drive thru and ordered a strawberry lemonade. I asked for a regular and I was given a small. The drive thru lady stated my concern to I'm guessing the boss and she was extremely rude. I will never come back again. Nothing but ignorant people works there

Absolute waste of money. Two times in a row I have received inedible food. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, the first time, but now a second time two weeks later, the chicken is so overcooked dry that you literally can’t even bite into it or chew it. It is completely inedible. This food was ordered at 12:50 PM. The first time I ordered and receive chicken like this, it was 11 AM. The fries, which I love to be crispy, are also overcooked to the point where they could be smashed into thousands of crumbs they are completely brittle and dry. I tried to call the restaurant to inquire on a refund, their phone number rings once and then beeps disconnected. I’m not sure who is running this location, but I absolutely will never order from here again. I don’t believe that it is even safe to eat here. I reported to corporate as well with underwhelming help. This franchise location needs to be shut down.

Went for lunch for my family today. Service was ok. Went through drive thru. However, the quality of the food was not at all acceptable! Seriously. Was eager to have the potato cakes since they used to be our favorite. The oil that they were cooked in definitely needs to be changed, or at the very least filtered! This particular Arby's is next to a Chic Fil A. Their drive thru is ALWAYS packed, but this particular ARBY'S rarely has any cars, if any at all. I just thought it was because CFA is consistently on point. Nope. This Arby's is just not serving food that can command the rather sky high prices they charge. Do better, Arby's #07867!!!!
