I have been here several times upon the last visit I was greeted with “Yo Yo Yo, can I take your order bro”. I feel that was very uncalled for, racist and disrespectful. I have never once greeted anyone at the establishment that way not sure why I was greeted that way. Prior to this I had to accept whatever sno cone she made because it was no where near what I ordered. I’ve had to tell them several times my sno cone tasted like cleaning solution. Hire some adults it’s to many kids “working” up there playing.

I was eating my sno and I noticed there was a small cockroach (or some kind of bug) at the end of the cup after I was done eating. This is disturbing and completely disgusting. I would advise others to stay far away from this place.

This used to be a good place for snow cones, but over the weekend I stopped in and got a snow cone and freeze and the freeze was melted by the time I received it. They should have remade it or at least put it in the freezer till they handed it to me ..

Giving them a one star for using styrofoam cups. Took one sip out of my avalanche size kokomoko, just to have it collapse from it's own weight all over me in the car. Most of it went in the cup holder, thankfully.
