Baker’s Dozen Donuts is hands down the best donut shop in the area. The donuts are always fresh, soft, and full of flavor—you can taste the difference the moment you take a bite. On top of that, the people who work there make the experience even better. They’re genuinely friendly, welcoming, and treat you like family every time you walk in. Between the quality of the donuts and the kindness of the staff, this place sets the bar high. Definitely my go-to spot for donuts in Rowlett.

Baker's Dozen Donuts. Great Service. Great Beef dog with jalapeños and cheese wrapped in a soft dough. I also couldn't pass up a cinnamon twist. I opened up the bag and she had given me a few donut holes for free. It always puts a smile on my face when I see a business engage in a great marketing campaign and if I lived in this area this would be my donut shop just from this one kind gesture. The donuts were great soft and fluffy with excellent flavor.

The donuts are the best in Rowlett and some of the best I have had anywhere. The donuts are soft, sweet, and I have never had a bad experience. The employees are all so sweet and the service is quick even if there is a long queue. I make sure to get donuts from here when I have friends and family visiting from out of town and even out of state. They all agree some of the best donuts out there.

I ordered 'Happy Birthday' Donuts for my son and I had no idea what to expect. I thought it was just going to be chocolate icing with sprinkles. But nope, they decorated each one. And they tasted soooo delicious. My son LOVED it!
I have not been here much but it was near my house so I came by, I was just getting a dozen donuts when my little brother said he wanted the croissant kolaches, on the board at the very front it said 1.60 so I was fine with that so I got 3, which I thought should be about 5 dollars. As we are about to pay she asks me if I wanted it warmed and I said of course, she then takes my card to pay. Everything was fine until I saw my total to be 32 dollars, she then tells me that the main board at the front is wrong and it’s actually 4 dollars per kolaches, and they have it written on the side (somewhere out of view where a customer will not be looking for prices). I was upset and said I don’t want that but she already had my card and said she would not give it back because she already warmed it up. I don’t understand how an establishment can just put out the wrong prices on the main board, they could at least get on the board and scratch out the wrong price, I would have never bought it if I knew they were 4 dollar a piece. It’s just so shady and horrible customer service in my opinion, they probably have many customers so my opinion won’t matter but when you come here make sure to ask for the price of what you are getting. I for one will not be coming back to a place that can’t even put the right price of the food on the board.

I came here a couple of weeks ago, my overall experience would’ve been fine until I checked out. As I went to pay, the lady cashing me out told me that the total was 17 something, which also displayed on the cashier screen as well. I handed her my card, she was played the machine for a while, and naturally I thought something was wrong with my card. I asked “Is everything alright,” but I was ignored. Then I noticed total price went up to $19 something. As she handed me my card, I stated “That was not the price I was told,” but she ignored me again while moving on to the next customer. It wasn’t a big deal due to it only being a couple of dollars, and I was in a rush so I made no fuss about it at the time. I did want to write a review because bottom line here is the principle and that’s simply not how you do business. I will not be returning!
