Just asked sever if we could sit inside while we waited for our ride, waiter with shoulder length hair and mustache rudely said “what” and said sit here. walked by and gave us a rude look. If we were paying customers i wouldn’t and don’t appreciate this attitude.

One of our favorites. If you go, you have to get the giant pretzel. I LOVE pretzels and have had them all over the Country and this is by far the best I've ever had.

Food was really good but it can be little pricy. The drinks were ok…The Sangria taste like water and splash of red wine.. the mojo taste water down. I give it 3 because the service was good and the lady was nice. But the drinks wasn’t it.

I have always been a fan of Bankhead, but have not been in a while. My children and I went yesterday for Mother’s Day and our ticket was accidentally lost. The staff went above and beyond to make it up to us with some delicious appetizers while they finished up our orders. Mistakes happen, but we definitely will be visiting again soon.
It's really great when you spend 80 dollars on take out for wings and pizza, and a CHICKEN Caesar salad with no chicken. Yay, lettuce and croutons, thanks. Pizza cheese was rubbery and crust was cardboard. First and last time ordering from here.

We eat at Bankhead quite frequently, but today we were treated rudely by the hostess staff, and the music was so loud I felt I needed earplugs. We had to leave without ordering our brunch.

We have it a second try and we will never be back. The place wasn't busy at all as it was a Tuesday night. The staff were not attentive. It took 15 minutes just to order and then after 50 minutes of waiting for two pizzas, they came out at 9pm and said the person was busy cutting meat and forgot about giving the order to the chef. During that 50 minutes, our waitress never came to check on us. We had to tell a different waiter to check and then she came. The table behind us waited 15 minutes just to receive their drinks. We walked out, hungry and frustrated. We wouldn't go back there if you paid us.
