Ordered a cake online. They didn’t make it, and my only option was to drive all the way up there and get a refund in cash because they couldn’t return it to my card. Kid I talked to on the phone had to call his manager four times to be able to get me an answer as to why it wasn’t made, how to get a refund, etc. This is after calling the store 5 times over 30 minutes before someone picked up. My fault for ordering online before I looked at the reviews, I guess.

Beware, don't go here. Not only do they not have all the flavors that 31 original store has they won't greet. Just sit there and stare at you. It's dirty, please don't use the restroom. That's even worse. Customer service is well below one star. That's why there was no pretty cool there. Whoever owns this partial franchise. Or. Thought of hiring the people that worked there. You need to re-evaluate. I'd rather drive all the way into rockwall.

Terrible service, lack of supply, and the workers are not knowledgeable about their availability. Better to go to richardson or rockwall. The management needs to be more prudent about their workers and stock.

I’ve been to this Baskin Robbins location multiple times, and every single time, they’re out of their most popular flavors. How can a chain that prides itself on having 31 flavors be constantly out of the ones everyone actually wants? I don’t understand how they stay in business with such poor inventory management.

They were, once again, out of my favorite ice cream. I ordered a small chocolate milkshake instead. Firstly, it costed $6.48! Besides the outrageous price this was the thinnest shake I have ever had, thinner than most chocolate milk. I'm done.

This location was closed for many months due to a crime or something. They rebuilt the store and it is now open (Google Maps say it is still closed but that is wrong). I just stopped there and was very disappointed. One customer waiting for a pickup order and me. I stood around for several minutes while 4 or more employees did everything but greet me and/or offer to ask what I wanted. The last time I was at this location (before the big crime), a teenage/HS boy was the only employee and he spent all of his time flirting with a couple HS girls who were seated at a table. I hung in there and ended up getting my ice cream but swore I would not return. It’s been at least a year and the same thing happened today. Several more employees than my last visit but none of them could be bothered to say “welcome”, “we will be right with you” or anything else. I will not go to this location again.
