This location was closed for many months due to a crime or something. They rebuilt the store and it is now open (Google Maps say it is still closed but that is wrong). I just stopped there and was very disappointed. One customer waiting for a pickup order and me. I stood around for several minutes while 4 or more employees did everything but greet me and/or offer to ask what I wanted. The last time I was at this location (before the big crime), a teenage/HS boy was the only employee and he spent all of his time flirting with a couple HS girls who were seated at a table. I hung in there and ended up getting my ice cream but swore I would not return. It’s been at least a year and the same thing happened today. Several more employees than my last visit but none of them could be bothered to say “welcome”, “we will be right with you” or anything else. I will not go to this location again.

K-Ron was the best. What a delightful experience it was to have him wait on us. From the moment we walked in until we left. Even the other employees told us he makes their day better.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The donuts were HUGE and fresh (even later in the day). The ice cream was delicious. I had my favorite combo daiquiri ice and rainbow sorbet on a waffle cone!

It’s desert heaven! I wish I remembered the girls name that helped us but she was wonderful. Great customer service. I got ice cream and my kids got donuts. So good!!!

Customer service has really gone downhill. No greeting, don’t ask someone what they’d like, don’t even speak to them as they’re checking out. I should’ve put on an apron and served myself.

Stopped here May 31, 2023 and found this place is still under construction from the fire damage a few months ago. I have no idea why Google Maps is still showing it open.

Service was terrible, there was three employees working and all had an attitude and were very unwelcoming, whole situation was uncomfortable and our food looks like everything was just slapped on together. Deserves 0 stars

Well organized. Squeaky clean. Super friendly. Perfectly awesome! I will return again and again!

I stopped by hoping to find a unique flavor. You know? The stuff Baskin Robbins is known for. Instead we walked into a store where the employees were more interested in gossiping than a simple greeting and a freezer where half of it had no ice cream. The other half? Nearly empty and unappealing. Not sure what happened with this location but it was disappointing.

Unsurprising, looking at their overall rating-People want $15/hr to work in places like this but can't perform simple quality tasks-1 GREAT THE CUSTOMER2 if you have 7 people working and only 3 customers (2 of which are in the drive thru) you should be able to acknowledge the customers presence.3 it's really not that hard to do your job, but if you can't do it properly, like putting wax paper between donuts........you should probably just go away.4 if you're that angry about your job that you can't say hello, be pleasant to interact with, or have any care about the customers product they are ordering......GO DO SOMETHING ELSE WITH YOUR LIFE.It's not that hard to put a donut in a bag with even the smallest amount of care or to use wax paper between them and see that a person ordering more than 1 donut probably doesn't want their product to be smashed and chocolate smeared on a non chocolate and etc etc- so why,,,,why does a non-employee have to tell you how to do your job???? And when someone does ask for wax paper between the donuts......it's probably better to not get all 3yr old huffy and basically throw the donut in the bag. Don't be mad at the customer because you and your co-workers clearly have a game of who has to take care of the next customer and you got stuck having to do your job.Pathetic, worthless and just plain useless- those are unfortunately the only ways to describe the employees at this location.

The store in Rowlett TX is the worst Baskin Robbins representation I have ever been to and Dunkin Donuts is not far behind. Freezer burn on the ice cream. Employees more interested in flirting then working. Will drive to Rowlett from now on.
