Will not be going back. We go to Rowlett location almost every week. No one wipes off a table. There are always plenty of employees. There were five tonight. I asked that a table be wiped off as all were dirty along with chairs not pushed in, food on floor. Ice machine not working for the third day they told us. Not very appealing for a restaurant.

We have visited Blaze Pizza Restaurant in Rowlett since our Blaze closed in Mesquite. Driving the extra miles is worth the effort. We have had very positive experiences since our first visit. The manager, Aaron and his Staff are the BEST. They are kind, polite, fun and personable. They greet each customer with a smile, respect, professionalism and courtesy. The food on the menu is very fresh, delicious, and always cooked to perfection. We have recommended this restaurant to our friends and neighbors. We have ordered pizza at many restaurants over the years. However, Blaze Restaurant prepares and serves the BEST pizza in the DFW Metroplex. We highly recommend Blaze Pizza Restaurant.
This place is like a real place for someone to eat, the food is like a homemade pizza with homemade Cesar salad made without any mistakes, the employees are so nice and very good at their job, the atmosphere’s okay.

We experienced some of the best service from Johanna at this location. She is an amazing staff member with some of the best customer service we’ve experienced. As someone who hasn’t been here before, WE MOST CERTAINLY will be back. Give that sweet girl a raise, she most definitely deserves it.
