Love their food products here. The staff is hard working, polite and ready to help. The last several times I've been there the young man working the counter at the produce check out was Extremely Nice and a Pleasure to meet.
They have the best milk and eggs around. *<{;-}>>🧙‍♂️🏰

Best value dairy products around. Almost all dairy products have been converted to A2 Milk which is better for most people's health. It's become more like a grocery store with a cafe over the years and I like it.

I walked in for a gallon of the world's best orange juice. I noticed 5 employees around the cash register where one of the employees was the customer making a purchase. I walked over there and waited right next to him so I could check out. As soon as his transaction went through everybody scattered like if I was Casper. I don't think it was a racist thing cause the other guy that checked out was Hispanic. I don't think I smelled bad or looked like a beggar. I don't understand why I was treated as a leper. I ain't the kind of guy to complain but I've literally gone to this braums for over 20 years and id hate to see the business go under. Fact is there just needs to be some balance. Nothing but little kids who don't really care about their jobs running the restaurant is bound to fail.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service and product availability . During our visit, my husband and I initially requested the Coconut Chocolate Cheesecake, which is listed on your website, but were informed that it is not available at your location. This was quite surprising and frustrating as we specifically chose Brahms based on the availability of this item.

As an alternative, I ordered a Mint Chocolate Shake, but to my dismay, the cup was not filled to its standard level, which made me feel undervalued as a customer.
