Buffalo Wild Wings 'GO'

I called from my house because I was placing an Uber order and Sophie answered the phone. She is so sweet. She made sure the kitchen made my food completely fresh and I’ll never forget that. I’ll definitely order from here again. It was perfect.

This location is outstanding! The food is consistently delicious and the manager amichelle’ is top-notch—very professional and welcoming. Definitely my go-to for wings in Rowlett. 🤗🤗🤗

I love it here!!!!! Buffalo Wild Wings GO in Rowlett is always on point! The food is fresh, hot, and full of flavor every time. The management here goes above and beyond to make sure everything is right and customers are taken care of. Great spot for wings and even better service!

I usually don’t eat Buffalo Wild Wings but I had a birthday reward that I wanted to redeem. I ordered the 6 piece boneless wings with a burger and fries. When I tell you that burger was 🔥. Seasoned to perfection. I called back up to the store to let them know it was good because people always call and complain when it’s bad but never compliment when it’s good.

Sabrina is absolutely rude and unaware of the policies and pricing. I placed an online order and called to make adjustments. I was told it was impossible so I requested for my order to be cancelled. When I arrived inside to get proof the order cancellation she had to call her GM to get my proof. I then placed another order with the adjustments I requested over the phone and the price ended up being the same price with a .1 cent difference. When I tried to show her my original receipt on my phone from my online order and ask why I had to cancel my order if the price was the same she responded “Don’t talk to me like that!” I asked her a valid question. She got upset because she couldn’t answer a simple question, awful customer service and lack of conflict resolution. Here is proof of my original orders price along with the receipt of my new order! Her being rude because I asked a simple question is unacceptable! Won’t be returning to this location!

Service was good but the wings compared to the Forney and Rockwall locations was bad! I asked for extra crispy like I do at both locations and the wings and wedges were mushy in the middle and the original hot was dry. I think as very disappointed and so was my daughter! I’ll stick to the other locations next time.

I visited the Rowlett Buffalo Wild Wings location for the first time and was disappointed with my order. I ordered a 3-piece and a 5-piece tender meal, but instead of receiving full chicken tenders, I was given what looked like cut-up slivers of chicken breast. This has never been my experience at other Buffalo Wild Wings GO locations. I’ve attached photos for reference. Hoping this was just an off day, but it was definitely not the quality I’ve come to expect. Most likely won’t be coming back.
