These dudes work hard!! ESPECIALLY when yall left them short staffed for free vets days meals. These hardworking men need a raise!!

This place is absolutely terrible. I went here for the veterans day meal and they only had two people working. There were probably 15 to 20 people in line. I stupidly waited for 45 mins for boneless wings and fries until I finally just gave up. Have more people working on days you know will be busy.

every time I come to this location and I order at the the Restaurant!! And I tell them as I’m paying please make it extra extra wet because seems like when I say one extra doesn’t work. I just placed an order and said extra extra wet. I get home and it’s dry as hell! Everytime!!! It’s ridiculous!! The taste is supposed to be in the sauce!

I called in at 6:30p after having a long day at work, ordered a Tuesday 6piece boho special all flats extra wet. I didn’t check my order before I walk & I own that, but the service I received from Louis and Bri (The Night Manager) was completely unacceptable and I hope these two young women are retrained, but this was probably the worst customer experience I’ve ever had at a BWW.
My order was extra dry as I began to eat two out the bad on passenger seat, I didn’t realized it was 10/12 only made till I got home. Once i realized, I called the restaurant (a bit upset) because I now realized my order was wrong twice. I called & the manager, Bri answered and assured me she made my order and it wasn’t an extra wet sticker or label on the receipt. I’m looking at my box and receipt & she implies I’m lying…Bri told me to bring the wings back & they’ll remake them. So I bring them back & since they were dry internally and externally,
I asked Louie to make new ones because they tasted like wing that had been sitting in the heater to long. Her demeanor looked like she want to fight me or yell at me… they then gave me 10 back because I ate off two… I had to drive 10 mins each way. This wasted gas and time..
Owners please rewind the tapes at 10/15/24 6-7pm. I’ve never felt so threatened by people who are supposed to create a customer experience…. Highly disappointed & I asked for a refund and she can keep the chicken and she said no she can’t. I threw it away in case she spat in it.

Respinse-To go delivery order not filled correctly. We ordered multiple items, they did not fill it correctly. Doordash is not to blame.

This is my second time trying the Rowlett location and both times the wings have had barely any sauce, the second time I asked for well done and extra wet (extra sauce) but no luck.
I'll just drive to the one in Garland when my family craves Buffalo Wild Wings.

Walked in and the floor was greasy as hell, had me slipping all over. I came in when the app said my order was supposed to be done. Wasn’t ready. Waited an extra 10-15 minutes and was just thinking “whatever, it’ll be fresh” I get home and all my food was cold as hell except for the last thing they threw in my bag which was cheese custards. They had all my food sitting in a bag getting cold while waiting 10 minutes for the last item to cook.

Go to anywhere, but this one. I’ve been here at least 10 times and 8/10 my order is never on time or wrong. They’ve said they can’t refund me and to call but when I call no one answers. I’ve decided to believe it’s not just a fluke that it’s bad. It’s bad.

Wish better help was at this location. This is my second time with a bad experience with staff. I order on the app and I arrive at the time given. This instance I was told 5:50pm on the app arrived at 5:47pm came in and was told that my hasn’t been started and here it is 20mins after I’m walking out.
Not okay. I can I stand once but twice in a row (and I’ve only ordered twice). Will not be back for sometime for ownership to weed out the bad apples.

It's was my first time there, the staff was nice but really messed up my order. Then I has ordered the 2.49 fries and it was the equivalent to a small fry you get from Mc Donald's but they put it in a big box. Me and my friend was pissed about smh. I should have took a picture but if you go you will see. So I'll be sticking with wingstop from now on.

Steady giving my grandparents an incorrect order. Not once have we ordered from here without something being missing from pick up. With the amount of money they lost in gas as well as time you would think when my grandpa asked for a extra hot sauce they would give it, but instead he was told he'd be charged for them and mouthed off too. Hate to be a Karen but cmon now yall better than that, yelpers unite

Placed an order online and it was not ready, For the most part when you order online, he gives you an estimated time of when it’s ready. In this case I was on my lunch, got there after the time scheduled and my food was not ready. No apology when I asked.
