My family and I have been going to the Chicken Express for at least 15 years. We love the food. Today they were out of mini poppers and it was a disappointment for our son. So ok that can’t be helped. I was standing behind someone who was picking up their takeout order and the man behind the counter disappeared and later came back to take my order. Why would you walk away when your customer is standing there ready to order. I ordered 3 orders and drinks and family size green beans. Got home and no green beans. This may be a one off but you can’t blame it for being busy. If you ever go there ask for the sweet older lady who is always spot on with orders and even has a smile. Maybe you think I should have checked the order but I’ve been spoiled. I thought that was their job.

We haven’t been to chicken express for quite some time as we don’t have one in the town we live in. We were running errands and saw one in Rowlett and decided to stop by. We received our food pretty quickly! It was hot and fresh, Lisa was very friendly and hospitable! We will definitely return!

Attitudes are horrible, they act as if they are doing you a favor serving you. There are two people who work there who are genuinely great servers. The rest have no people skills and even worst customer service skills. I don’t think the owner cares that much

Quick and easy drive thru. Excellent ice tea. If you like really sweet tea this is the place. I usually do a mix sweet and unsweetened. Chicken always hot and good. Rolls are delicious.

Went here tonight and took about 10 minutes to even get acknowledged. The man in front of us just stood there to pickup his online order. Took the girl 5 mins to even say anything to the man. All we saw were eyes that kept looking at us, but they were so busy with packing orders for the drive through. There were 3 or 4 people back there! The lady finally went to take my order and I told her I had a coupon on my phone. She acted puzzled and immediately asks the manager and he says they don't take digital coupons. I showed him it was a legitamate coupon, and that I'd have to push a button on phone to redeem. I showed him it had his restaurant listed, and that I had an option to print coupon or email coupon. He said NO, so we walked out and left. Dude lacks simple customer service skills, and has no business running a restaurant!

We have been regular customers for a while. I have had problems with getting the wrong items several times, but the chicken was always tasty. The last several times we went there, the chicken was terrible. It was absolutely flavorless, as though it did not have a spec of seasoning on it. We have stopped going.

Never get anything from Chicken Express cause the food is always absolutely disgusting however there sweet tea is always great. Best sweet tea in fast food. I went and got 2 Large Sweet teas service was fast, employee was friendly, and sweet tea was sweet and cold. Cant say much else cause I know better then to actually eat the food lol
Erik, the manager, was very professional and understanding. He exhibits what you expect from management, and has an "over and above" attitude. Will definitely be back as well as recommend Chicken Express to others.

I work close And the little girl that was working.The window was so rude.I will never go back there again. I'm older and I can't see good and I asked her what the sides were to the meal. I was ordering and she told me to read it myself. And I explained to her I couldn't see it. And she said they're in the right hand corner instead of just telling me what the sides were. She never did tell me. I just took what they gave me. Because I couldn't get her to answer any of the questions and I was being very nice. Trying to get her to tell me what came with the meal and everything but she never did.She told me to read it for myself.Basically so I won't be going back through anymore.The food wasn't all that bad though.But a business needs to have both customer service and good food
