I believe when you have exceptional employees you need to hear about them. Lisa @Rowlett Texas location is fantastic! Lisa is Efficient, Professional, Polite and Friendly!She deserves a big fat raise and a big fat thank you. I could eat at any fast food, however, because of Lisa and the chicken tenders, I choose Chicken Express!!Keep up the great job Lisa!
I will never eat here agin!! I just got my food and as I was eating it I noticed a wierd spot on my tender so when I got closer it was mold!!! I opened that part of the chicken and it was black in the inside!! Please don’t eat here as apparently there food will make you sick!??

Very disappointed is an understatement.I order the family 25 Chicken tenders meal.They were cold.They used to sell the best chicken tenders in Rowlett.

Extremely disappointed in the change of food and personnel. Recently i called to place an order and they asked me to hold on, I held on for seven minutes and then hung up. I drove there to played order, it had to be adjusted since it was incomplete. i had ordered the 12 piece with 2 sides. corn on the cob was so tough that it was wasted, the chicken was so cooked that the skin had to be removed before it was eatable. Roll are cold. Meal was a complete disappointment. That was my third purchase from them recently which means, threes strikes and you are out.

THIS IS THE WORST CHICKEN EXPRESS EVER DO NOT COME HERE. EVEN THE GM IS NO GOOD. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.I called yesterday to complain about my order being wrong and the male manager who works evening shift was so nice and apologetic and told Me he took my name down and number to get my replacement food. I go back to this store LITTERALLY the next day and everyone is acting as if I made it up. I even offered to show them the call log showing I was on the phone yesterday and they didn’t care to see it. I drove all the way back to Rowlett for no reason! I do not even live in that area I bought food at the rowlett location because I was simply passing by. If I was over this store I would be so embarrassed By my staff.
They flat out did not give us the six drumsticks we paid for. The food that we did get was dry and rubbery. Not going back!
