we came to chilis for dinner and we got sat near the bar, our server Josh did an amazing job, he made sure our drinks were always refilled, made sure our food was good and we weren’t missing anything. the drinks from the bar came out fast, and so did the food from the kitchen. his definitely doing a phenomenal job! best experience at chili’s in awhile!

Our family and friends met tonight for a birthday dinner and were greatly disappointed by the impatience of our waitress. Also the service was slow tonight, unlike our favorite Chilli's in Rockwall and in Garland. When we received the checks, they had listed individualized items instead of the combo prices. We asked for them to be corrected which they were. Then the last check was incorrectly made for another check that had been paid with cash ($80) We spoke with the manager, Richard, and told him our concerns and that we would not be back.
