We waited. Standing for 15 minutes and no one came to meet us and ask what party size was ours. It was not busy at all, and waiters could see us there and did not even say anything. Like we were invisible.

Called at 10:08 pm and they said if could go in to order they wouldn't take Togo orders after 10pm so I did show up I live off of 635 so I drove made it in 11min before they closed at 10:19pm and they said they were closed and yet everything was still open but of course I was the only customer thier make since to dam lazy to do thier work!

Absolutely amazing experience at the bar, thanks to Reigan! From the moment we sat down, she was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable about the menu, helping us pick the perfect drinks and dishes. She checked on us consistently throughout our visit, ensuring we had everything we needed without being overbearing. Her customer service was truly top-tier—friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. It’s rare to find someone who goes above and beyond like she did. We’ll definitely be back, and we’ll be asking for Reigan again! Highly recommend!

Great lunch at Chilli’s today! Great food, great drinks and great service ! Our steak was cooked out to perfection and the food came out in record time. The place was extremely clean and our servers Chris and Mark were extremely attentive and helpful. This is a nice hang out place for both lunch and dinner. We’ll be back soon!

I ordered food to go last night. The steaks were prepared improperly (ordered 1 medium and 1 medium rare and both were burnt and the meat was grey).
The appetizer had been sitting and was cold and inedible.
I paid $120 for dinner for my family and 2 of us could not eat the food we received.
Called and asked to speak to a manager and got placed on eternal hold.

My wife and I decided to eat at Chili’s în Rowlett this weekend and we were very impressed with the quality of the food and service. The Ancho Salmon was absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection and the ribs were melting in my mouth. We had the delicious El Niño for drinks. Our waiter was quick and efficient and the manager stopped by our table to say hello and check on us. We couldn’t help noticing that the restaurant was really clean and the bathrooms were spotless and smelling nicer . I am giving this place a five stars and we will be back there soon.
