My server, Josh, provided excellent service! Words cannot stress just how attentive he was in providing our needs! Always providing refills, asking for our wellbeing’s, and making us feel welcomed! Even though at the time of writing this review it’s his second day at the job, he demonstrated such an incredible service! Words cannot stress that enough. Can’t wait to see him next time!

April 14 at 12pm. I sat at the bar. I enjoyed the talk of the regulars. The bartender came by and asked if I wanted a beverage. I ordered an IPA. She asked small or large. I said small. She served what I thought was a small so I drank it. I then asked the bartender if this was a small beer. She said NO. It's a large. Then she says did you say a small beer. I said yes. She gives me the bill and charges me for a large. I then question it and she rolls her eyes and calls the manager. The manager did not say a thing to me nor did the bartender. The regulars got lots of attention and I was waiting for a check or even a check back to see if I needed something else. I asked for the check when she finally did check with me. Staff is very important to building business if they don't care then it must be the management who do not care. Fast food restaurants like Chili's are missing the service aspect of dining. The southwest bowl was a rice bowl with chicken and few pieces of lettuce and no corn salsa. Lots of rice. The tortilla chips were plentiful on this salad or bowl. Whatever you call it. Also Very small for 14 dollars. It was not busy at all during lunch. Wonder why?

This is the BEST location I've been too! As soon as we walked in, we were greeted and seated. We absolutely loved our host/hostess! The food came out so hot and fresh! The kitchen staff did that! Was the first time there my family and I weren't treated like we nuisance for wanting to sit down and eat at a sit down and eat restaurant. All the way from the hostess to the wait staff.
Really good. I got the margarita chicken. Good as always. Buddy got a combo with ribs and chicken and a few other things. It looked great. The had that for dinner too. Overall very good. Waitress was friendly and helped with the self pay feature.

Isaac was our waiter and he was the best! Seriously, never had a better experience. He made us feel at home as soon as we walked in the door. On top of providing phenomenal service, he was doing everything else - the only server working, bussing the tables, cleaning up, etc. He explained what was in the food, then went above and beyond when the salad wasn’t correct. Management material for sure!
