Overpriced for what it is , and the server had a terrible attitude

Come to Chiloso Rowlett for breakfast!
They have:
- Employees who forget how to interact with humans the moment you walk in the door!
- Breakfast tacos that have more than doubled in price!
- Cold food!
- Tacos where all the ingredients are on one side leading to a bite of almost nothing but cilantro, with no cilantro on the rest of the taco!
- A minuscule side of salsa, now in even SMALLER containers!
- Food that goes down in quality as it goes up in price!

Food is absolutely delicious. I have no complaints about the actual flavor. The only complaints I do have are that my Nachos were supposed to have sour cream and they didn’t. The amount of queso is adequate for the top layer. You will not have enough queso to get through all of the chips In the build your own nachos. Add an additional bowl if you’d like your Nachos To have enough cheese to get through the entire container ( an extra “bowl” is an extra $10+ for 12oz -super expensive - Think of it as 2 ladels max If you made queso at home with Velveeta and crushed tomatoes/ And that is exactly what it tastes like ) the Keith’s sopa box comes with such a very tiny amount Of honey and chocolate syrup. They should include two of each rather than one of each based on the quantity of sopas… My advice - pay for additional Chocolate syrup and honey or else you will be very disappointed when you don’t have enough. I really do not need very much of each one per sopa however. , the quantity is not enough even for my light drizzling.

The portions of the protein were very small, but the taste was good.

A “bowl”, chips and a drink $20… barely any rice, an extra $3.50 for meat if you wanted another “scoop”. Barely any food for a whole $20. They even skimped out on the rice. Better off going to Chipotle or somewhere else.

Ordered online today around 2 hours ago and was eating out of the salsa verde when i noticed that there was a small metal ball just there. not sure how it got there but very disappointed since this is something i always get when i order and glad i didn't choke on it or cracked a tooth…

I recently visited Chiloso Mexican Bistro, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, perfect for a casual meal with friends or family. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed.

The food was absolutely delicious. I tried the build-your-own bowl, and the variety of fresh toppings and salsas was impressive. Each ingredient was flavorful, and everything tasted authentic. The queso and guacamole were also top-notch and highly recommended as starters.

Chiloso’s attention to quality ingredients really sets it apart from other places. I will definitely be coming back to try more of their menu. If you're in the mood for great Mexican food with a fresh twist, this place is a must-visit!

I visited your location at 7:15 on 10/21/2024, while in line I was able to watch the person in front of me bowl be prepared. This was an adult plate and it was made for a toddler. There was a half scoop of everything put in the bowl. I thought maybe that was a request, however when the person made my bowl they put a half scoop of rice and in my bowl and pushed it around. It didnt even cover the bottom of the tray. They scooped the same half scoop of bean in my bowl, and even less chicken. I asked have the portions changed she just looked at me. I said no thank you and left. I have never in all of my visits gotten this amount of food. With prices going up and us willingly paying them without any issues the portions need to match. I have never visited Chilos and just walked out until yesterday. Nobody tried to fix the problem they would rather waste the food. This an on going problem and if not corrected this location will not last.
