We did an online order and the gave us one completely wrong burrito. The staff were horrible. There was no line. The young girl did not greet me as I stood there for several mins in front of her. As I finally got her attention she directed me to a young gentleman who rolled his eyes at me when I asked about my order. He said it wasn't ready and told me to come back to the beginning of the line. He asked what I wanted to eat and I repeated that I was here for online pickup. He then took me to another area and found my bag. The young girl who handed me my bag did not acknowledge me either.

The line was extremely long. When I got up to the window, the food it was all over the place. It would have been nice if someone had stopped and wiped off any food droppings between serving customers.

This location is always filthy. I tried to give it another chance. As soon as I walked in I could see that all the tables were dirty and napkins were all over the floor. The food containers behind the partition were all crusted up and almost empty, yet no fresh food was being prepared. The prep area was also disgusting. The employees are not friendly at all and act like they are doing you a favor. I walked out, and will never go back. Maybe take some tips from Chic-Fil-A.

THE MOST STINGIEST LOCATION I’ve ever been to. I had to ask for cheese 3 times bc she literally put a pinch of cheese on my burrito….also tried to give me half of spoonful of chicken. I had to pay for double chicken, because she wanted to be stingy which I didn’t mind paying for. I’ve been to this location multiple times because it’s the closest one to my job and it seems like every time I go in there I have to ask for extra everything. I’m not saying they have to mound the food onto the bowl or the burrito but it’s like you could give me more than three pieces of lettuce or three pieces of chicken it’s ridiculous.

***Update: Chipotle responded to my review. But, upon contacting Chipotle support line....I still didn't receive any help.*** Called about my delivery. To get extra sour cream and limes and lemons. It's only an automated answering service. I even called their corporate office to try and fix it. Instead of leaving a bad review. They said that they can't help with my order because it was placed through Uber eats and not the chipotle app. Needless to say I'll NEVER order from Chipotle again.

This was my daughter's first time viditing Chipolte. She wanted to go back the following day. We were a little confused on ordering, so she did not quite understand options. I wasn't much help. They were pretty patient. When looking for quick, I usually want to drive up and go or pre-order; however, I never think to submit an order here. I took a chance and stopped on my way home. It was worth the visit and quick.She loved the beans. Don't order fruit on the kids' meal. She kept saying it's an ?. She expected a fruit cup. ? I added blueberries, blackberries, and strawberries at home. She was happy.The price was pretty close to stopping at a fast food drive for two kids and myself. I felt better about the selection options.

New to the area but was excited that I was by a Chipotle and I have NEVER had a bad experience, but this is by far the WORST Chipotle I have EVER been to. First off the young guy that fixed me and my wife's food was very rude and It took everything in me to not put him in his place, and on top of horrible service the food was old, cold and looked as if it was sitting out all day, but my wife was having a pregnancy craving so I tried to pick something that looked somewhat fresh only to get home and eat the worst meal I had ever had at a Chipotle. VERY DISAPPOINTED and won't be going back to this location again for sure
