Church's Chicken used to be really good but now they are absolutely terrible. Nobody gives a crap about customer service, the food or getting anything correct on the simplest order.

Worst experience ever. Very dirty atmosphere with trash kept at the entrance. Very unclean interiors. The service was very rude and unprofessional. I ordered without mayonnaise but got with mayonnaise! And I’m allergic! Yes, they did change it, but the taste??!! Absolutely dreadful.

I ordered online, paid, and then when I went to pick up my meal, yall were closed! I paid almost $40 and got no food! Ridiculous! Website said yall were open till 10 but yall closed at 7!

They did not complete ? my order properly. It was to be a 10 piece mix and it was totally ( tucked) up I live a pretty good ways to have to traveling back so they can correct my order. It had eight mini very small pinkie size wings hard ,as if they had been under light and rejected by others possibly. And two of everything else that go in a mix order. I was so displease . I genuinely look at my chicken when I get home because I figured it was gonna be perfect fresh and hot presentation. Churches you are failing your customers. 1700 Dalrock Road in Rawlett, TX 75088 I called for 3 days but you would never answer your phone. Why the heck you don't answer all day for 3 days. You are very much aware of these problems. This is the 3rd day I will be in your stor soon as I can drive back to your town about this issue. Corporate seems to be Popeyes Chicken they don't answer phones withers. Now this concerns my curiosity about your operation I will dig further into this matter. ~SP

Terrible. How are you out of sides and chicken at 7:30?!? Sounds lazy to me. But what do I know? The one is Sachse is hands down the best. This one is hot trash. Tenders and everything was stale. Were they saving the good stuff to take home?
I will never eat there again. Cashier was short and acted as if she didn’t want to be there. The cook put sooo much mayonnaise on my sandwich, I threw it away. It is becoming an issue w fast food to get customer service.

Let me just say that Lando and Nicolas make a great team. Their customer service is “Outstanding”, they keep the restaurant clean and the food is always fresh. My first experience back in 2023 at this particular location was absolutely horrible/ unbelievable; but now, I’m a regular. Whoever hired these guys did a great job. Thank you!!!

Horrible. Literally made a u-turn to get back on the side of the bridge just for churches . Waste of time . Went thru drive thru - 15 min wait for chicken. Okay I wait and was told they would bring out to me & waited 20 mins . Nothing . Not even the fried chicken smell y’all. Nothing . Go in and the dude at the front says 15 mins . I said wait, she told me 15 mins and now you’re telling me another 15 mins ??? I’m sorry but that’s unacceptable . She’s at the window . You’re at the front and this is horrible. I was craving . NEVERMind waste of time keep driving somewhere else
