I ordered my food online and I have my son go pick it up all the time due to my medical condition. The lady that was there on 02/24/2024 profiles my son and told him he needed to show the confirmation of my order. He showed her and she then instructed him to have me call the store to verify. I called the store and she answered the phone she didn't say a greeting and I told her she asked for me to call to verify my order. She then stated even though I called she wasn't giving them the food. She said her manager instructed her not to. I told her my 20-year-old son has the card I used to pay for my online order and she could verify that way. I expressed to her I have MS and is having a flare up and can not cook at the moment to feed my children. She hung up the phone and refused to answer. Finally she answered and said her manager told her not to give my teenagers the food by that time my 17 year old daughter came to try to pick up my food as well. She was extremely rude and disrespectful. I requested a refund online and is now awaiting confirmation.

Where is the fat black girl that used to work there ? This mf now needs to be closed down and they say they are hiring but they never do . Bring back the fat black chick bring back the fat black chick bring back the fat black chick please she was running the joint fresh hot food the wait be stupid but I don’t mind cause my food always fresh the new manager is gross and rude I ride by the drive thru first to see if she’s there if she is I burn rubber getting away from the building

Revisited and they seem to have some new staff. I was greeted by a young girl by the name of Nevaeh extremely sweet . Food was decent but probably one of the nicest workers here I have to say!!

Can’t rate the food because nobody appeared to serve any. Waited in drive through for 10 minutes, drove to window, all the lights are on an hour before closing and can’t see a single soul inside. The lit up ‘drive-thru’ sign must just be for decoration.
