I ordered to-go late at night before closing because we had just finished doing Uber for the day and someone had ordered Alfredo. Alfredo is my absolute favorite pizza there and it's all I ever get. I was really looking forward to it since me and my boyfriend had a really crappy day. We phone the guy and he says their card reader is down and we'd need cash. It was 15 minutes til closing but chase was on the way and this was the only food that sounded appetizing so I said screw it. I went to chase, grabbed a twenty, drive there and made it with 8 minutes to spare. We pick up the pizza and thank the guy since he had to upgrade it to large since they were out of mediums and said goodnight. We get home and our order was a medium buffalo chicken and a large Alfredo. My boyfriend handed me the box saying as a joke whichever one you get is what you get. I open the supposed to be Alfredo box and my face drops. It's a pepperoni thin crust pizza. I am absolutely deviated. I grew up eating Alfredo since I was 5. I adore Alfredo so much and now I'm forced to eat a pepperoni when I don't even like it.

Update: They used marinara pasta sauce as the sauce for the pizza. It tasted like wet pasta sauce.

I love cicis I take my kids here a lot. I don't write reviews often but I feel I need to lol. They stopped letting you get water. You either have to buy it in a bottle or buy a soda.

I said no drinks and walked over to the fountain drinks and water works fine so they can't say it's because it's broken.

It's a rip off. I will be slowing down eating here or overall not coming to this location anymore until this issue is resolved.

In my eyes this is ridiculous and you should be able to get water if you don't want soda and not have to freaking pay for a dang water bottle. Then after when you are finished with that water bottle you need to pay for another.

Just redicuous. You guys are going to lose a lot more money and customers than you think you are going to save.

Just my food for thought.

Stop this silliness.

Not sure if they got new management or what happened. You can no longer get a water cup. You have to pay per bottle of water. The water dispenser works just fine on the soda machine but they won't let you use it. I wouldn't mind paying for the water bottle if I could refill it. The price they charge you can get a while case of water for that.

The quality and the freshness of the food has gone done tremendously. The pizza is soggy. The cinnamon rolls were not fresh, they were hard.

Cicis has been a guilty affordable pleasure to take my kids to as a treat from time to time for many years, but as the price has gone up and the quality has gone down they finally crossed the line for me - charging for water is just ridiculous.
Yes, at least this Cicis location now charges for water.
Won't be back any time soon.

What has happened to cicis? No greeting when you come in the door. The price is stupid high. Hard to communicate with the workers. Pizza is cold. Just not what it used to be. Did they stop serving brownies? Two stars is being generous on this one.

Grandkids love the food and dessert. Always fresh! They always have a blast playing winning prizes. It's their favorite place to go with Nana!

Closing time is 11pm on Saturdays per their website and the Google business search. We arrived at 9:40pm sharp and I'm guessing the manager (man in his maybe mid 40's) claimed they closed in 12 minutes 🤔.. Upon me reminding him that the website and Google have confirmed closing time of 11pm as of 4 weeks ago, he simply said he didn't know why and asked if we wanted to eat still. We just walked out. They just wanted to close early to go home. Adjust your time for this location next time, also 12 min after 9:40 isn't a regular closing time either lol

It's important to get people's order right. I asked for a pineapple cheese pizza. Instead they made half a pizza pineapple and cheese and the other half was someone else's order which had pork.

The pork got on my pizza and since I'm Muslim pork can't touch my food. So I left the other half. Every other order I saw they got a pizza like they asked not half half.

What if I had an allergy to the other half ingredients or if the other guy was allergic to pineapples?

Not a smart idea to mix orders.

We ate here on the 25th of June and it was just awful, the service was good that's why I gave a 2 but the place was very dirty. I didn't notice until I paid but I honestly wanted a refund. The place where the buffet was, very dirty. Food was everywhere and I promise it was mostly cold food on the buffet. It was trash and food all over the floors and table's and I had to ask someone to clean a table off for me and my family to sit. Like I said the staff was nice, the manager that day seemed a little irritated but he still remained professional which is a plus. I thought maybe they was short staff but they said they wasn't hiring at the time. We had to continuously ask for things that we shouldn't have to ask for like ice, fresh food, desserts I mean it was crazy. I just couldn't believe it and it wasn't crowded either.

I rarely write reviews, but considering how awful the pizza I received was, I am making an exception. When I walked in, the manager looked noticeably irritated and gave me a nasty look. I had a to-go order, which had been in the warmer upon arrival. The pizza was cooked to maybe 30%. It tasted like I was eating raw dough (which I was). I should have checked the pizza when I got to my car instead of waiting until I got home. That was my mistake. Save yourself the trouble and go to the Cicis in Garland. Better management, and pizzas that are actually cooked. This establishment continues to be awful, and I’m the idiot hoping to catch them on a good day. I will not be making that mistake again.

The fresh food was good, but there was plenty of aged food there to choose from and eat. The BBQ pizza bread was good, as well as the cheesy bread. The Alfredo pizza was good. The cinnamon rolls were food but not cut. I wish there was fresher 🍕 pizza to eat. The drink variety was plentiful and delicious. There was an arcade there for kids.
