A bunch of teenagers and no manager, about what you’d expect. Workers had to ask us what we ordered after waiting 20+ minutes. We ordered 1 meal and 2 blizzards and waited for over 30 min.

It's a dairy Queen, what's not to like? I only have ice cream when I come here. I know lots of people like their fast food, but I'm not particularly one of them. I always get the Heath blizzard with extra Heath and love it every time. What's not to love?
If you stop at this Dairy Queen make sure you don't have an appointment in the next hour. It's the slowest drive thru we've ever experienced, and it's that way EVERY TIME WE'VE GONE.

On April 4, 2024 at 3:40 pm I went to DQ in Rowlett, TX (4510 Lakeview Pkwy, Rowlett TX 75088). The drive-thru lady was very reckless and disrespectful. I was asking her for 5 small size vanilla shakes and she told me that she didn't have banana. I didn’t say banana. I asked her if she has milkshakes and she tells me yes. Well, I ask her again for 5 vanilla shakes. Then, she speaks and says something that neither my daughters nor I understood. Then, the lady yelled at me over the intercom and she told me to go to the window. At the window I was assisted by a young man who was not friendly either. He was not polite to me. They handed me the dirty and dripping milkshake glasses. This is the second time I have had the same experience and with the same employee. Both the lady and the other employee have no manners.

Don’t get me wrong, the milkshakes taste great. However, the employees I encountered today treated their customers like trash. Went through the drive thru and the lady screamed at my mom and was extremely impatient when we simply could not understand anything she was saying through that awful microphone. We kept repeating ourselves just for her to sigh and made us go through the next window and order there. It was a simple order of 5 small milkshakes. Pulling up to the next window, the man there also had no manners whatsoever. This occurred at around 3:40-3:45 pm. If you are unhappy with your job, don’t put it on the customers, have some decency and have manners.
