This Dickeys provided our whole Thanksgiving meal! Cajun turkey, Mac, baked potato casserole, green beans, dressing and rolls! The food was amazing! Such an easy, organized process. It all came with heating instructions also. Thank you so much! My whole family was full and happy and we did not have to cook!!

Weāve gone here a couple times recently. They refused to give us extra bbq sauce today for our order we were making to go inside of the restaurant. They were adamant that they gave us two already and we couldnāt have any more. It was almost like a Seinfeld bit. We were the only people in there at lunch time besides an older couple sitting down!! We buy $50 worth of food but you guys are stingy about sauce ??? Smh sign of the times
Probably some of the worst customer service ever! Spent $40 just to throw the whole plate away. The sausage was clearly old and nearly spoiled. The cashier was extremely rude when I attempted to order chicken wing kids meal for my son smh. The guy who made my potato was nice the cashier was even rude to the other employee

Very nice customer service
I came to this location the other afternoon and let me tell you I am far from disappointed the best experience at any Dickeyās Iāve ever had!!! Not only was my sandwich perfectly made, but the meat was so tender moist, and just melted it in your mouth! Not to mention the manager Jessica and her team were super efficient and polite! Made getting back to work on time after lunch no problem! Iāll def be coming back to this location!

I visited during a time between lunch and dinner. When I walked in I got the āweāre closedā vibe, but they were not actually closed. It seems like these people I assume are the owners of this location live in the back. The lady who I paid came out from the back in pajamas. It was all very strange. Iām not sure I trust the food. Rowlett has the worst restaurants even the chains canāt be trusted.

Will never go there again the bathroom smells awful and dirty. The restaurant is dirty and fried okra was undercooked. The sausage that I purchased was old. The dickies lemonade tasted old. I spent about $35 for two plates and I threw it all away. The lady behind the counter at the register was wearing pajamas serving food n they barely speak to you.
