I went in and ordered a Turkey Sausage on a croissant and they gave me a plain old croissant and not the sandwich I ordered. They even double checked on the type of cheese I wanted and messed it up. It's like no one listens there.

Nothing but teenagers working here who hate what they do. Ordered a cookie crumble butter latte a trendy drink I saw on the Internet and Dunkin promoting it once I had already paid for my drink, I look at my coffee and I realize that there’s no crumbles in there just Cold foam so I asked him if he could add the crumbles to it because I know it comes with it. He then tells me that they are all out. I wish they would’ve made me aware when I ordered the drink because I wouldn’t have ordered it. He didn’t ask if I wanted to switch my drink out for a different one He didn’t ask if he can make it Right this is the second time they messed up my drink don’t come to this location. They don’t know what they’re doing. Dunkin’ Donuts off of Centerville in Garland is so much better. They always get the drinks right and customer service is amazing. This location needs a whole new staff. The drinks are not made right and the customer service is terrible. Who is even hiring these people to begin with Because whoever is is also the root of the problem do better.

Workers are good but the actually Dunkin company is not that well app barely works when I’m there and I can’t seem to do the survey for the free donut even with just getting the receipt or waiting a day or just 1 hour

Customer service isn't worth a damn
Mumbling & sighing through the speaker bc we are interrupting their social time, long waits with NO LINES, incorrect orders...its ridiculous. If you're going to hire inexperienced young adults...PLEASE train them.
I ordered a medium hot original coffee with half and half, but they gave me an old, cold coffee that I couldn't drink.

Walked in with my family — no greeting, no acknowledgment. We stood by the counter waiting to order while three employees stood around and only one car was in the drive-thru. After several minutes of being completely ignored, we just left. Disappointing experience.

If you want to get someone to take your order I guess you have to go through the drive thru. Went in store, 3 people working and NO ONE greeted us and NO ONE took our order. Not even a give us a second we’ll be with you. Please hire people that are actually happy to come or work. We ended up walking out and just going to a local shop. walk bc

Very disappointed in this location specially since it's so close to me. I love Dunkin specially for their refreshers, it's what I always get. But the only two times I have ordered them were made terribly. The first one, I couldn't even drink it. And the second one was the wrong flavor, even though the label said the right flavor. The workers were too busy flirting with each other. I'm never going back to this location.
