My mum and I stopped on our way home from Newmarket, Suffolk UK. The food was delicious, freshly made and so tasty, I love the fries! Lovely clean restaurant, great staff, one lady checked if my disabled mum needed any help. So impressed I told the staff they were brilliant. Will be back for more!

Love coming to this location specifically! My partner and I always get the best customer service every single time from Kevion. They don't rush us when we order, make sure everything is correct, and go above and beyond for us while we wait. Never takes long and the food always just hits the spot! Wanted to give my teen grandchildren their first taste of 5 Guys, boy were we disappointed. The crew of teenage girls were very slow got one order completely wrong and didn't tell us we had to pick each condiment we wanted on our burgers, thus we ended up with plain dry burgers with cold buns. Fries were over cooked and salted and no extras in the bags. Needless to say McDonalds would have been better.

For some reason this location is not using Catlemens BBQ... Huge mistake!!! They they don't even have the flat top hot enough to get that great sear/crust on the meat! Plus they're not even smashing the burger like they are supposed too! This location is not living up to the name and prices are STUPID HIGH! Regular burger, small fries, and small drink $18 and change... I'll go to Texas Roadhouse next time for that price and get a better experience... They need to shape up!

The whole team tonight at five guys fries in Rowlett, SH66 Eli and the while team were awesome, the store looked great, they were busy but fast and our order was all accurate, plus they offered us a bag for our peanuts. I noticed the store was very clean and everything was well stocked, not to over do the compliments but as a long time food service manager I notice these things! I have not previously been a particular fan of five guys specifically but this crew and this store has me won over.

Rowlett location: *Keyvion* (I hope I was close sweetie lol 😆) was an all star employee. 🌟 fast service and the food was absolutely fantastic and fresh. Portions were of very good size for a small. This location will definitely be the go to spot. Our first time in and they didn't rush us. The girl working the register was sooo polite and helpful with us ordering and suggestions for sizes. He seemed to be keeping everything going smoothly and also helped when I didn't get my change and he fixed it soo simple. 😄 guys running a tight ship there. Good job everyone 👏 thanks for a great meal experience.

ordered 2 bacon cheese burger to go and small fry told the kid working there to make frys extra crispy when got home with order they left cheese off burgers and the frys were barely cooked dripping with grease to point of soaking threw the bag called to complain and manager hector said sorry he wished they had a different way of throwing the frys in bag but that what you get and far as the cheese they didnt put on order you have to ask for like i didnt order a bacon cheese burger lol .. said come by and give me a free frys for my troubles so when went back week later hector was not working tried order another burger and frys told them hector said i can get free frys when come back in just tell them hector manager said free well they called hector and he told kid employee that he didnt remember talking with me and no free frys so burgers were way over priced and there frys grease city so do your self favor and do not go to rowlett tx 5 guys nothing but kids running the place bad service whataburger blows them out.. thought give them a shot but learned lesson

Prices are steep for a burger place... But quality overall makes this a "conditional" recommendation.

Please, Five Guys, read this next part. The smallest portion for the fries is grossly EXCESSIVE!!! Please offer a mini size. What a waste of food. I threw away more than half. They were tasty but soggy.
