French Fries portion is very generous. NOT as crispy As I like, so I requested "extra Crispy"... Didn't get it! Please heed customer requests!
Prices are steep for a burger place... But quality overall makes this a "conditional" recommendation.

Please, Five Guys, read this next part. The smallest portion for the fries is grossly EXCESSIVE!!! Please offer a mini size. What a waste of food. I threw away more than half. They were tasty but soggy.

First time ordering last night via Uber eats never again! £48 and all we got out of the order was 2 burgers. Everything else missing. This was a treat for my Son's birthday as we couldn't go out as my husband had foot surgery in February and can't drive and been on sick pay since. I rang the restaurant straight away and a lady named Abby offered to redo the full meals if we picked up but couldn't as hubby can't drive for a while longer she said we will fully refund the entire order but Uber eats only gave me 50% back. So that left us hungry and no money left to order elsewhere! Rang restaurant again today to be told it's nothing to do with us we can't help

Had 5 Guys delivery last night for 4 people, 2 milkshakes failed to turn up and the bacon in burger was cremated and not edible, my first use of 5 guys, will probably be the last, I will certainly warn friends and family to think twice.

For sure the worst experience I’ve had at a five guys. Walked in no greeting. Took the workers a few minutes to even realize we were at the register ready to order. Even though the guy in black shirt literally looked at us. We came in at 9:30 sat down ate 10 rolled around and the manager (I assume is manager since he’s in black shirt) walked to the front locked the door and yelled out we are closed! Like really dude maybe if you didn’t take so long to take my order or make the food I would’ve been done in a timely manner. Also not to mention one kid sagging his pants to more than half his tie dye boxers out to see.

My cheeseburger with a little bit of onion and mayo was perfect and delicious. I hadn't realized their burgers all come with 2 patties, the clerk educated me in a good way. Just a normal burger stop. Clean establishment. Not much else other than the cook asking if my burger was OK. I gave her a thumbs up and a thank you. The cost is a little more than my usual stops.

This location is recently new. It has a lot more space than the other close by locations. It's mostly clean and foods decent. Staff was friendly and put together the orders quickly. Parking can be busy, but there is plenty of parking in the rear.

There’s ABSOLUTELY no reason it should be taking over 30minutes to get a single little burger and little fry’s for my kid. And the place was all but empty. The 3 ladies working seemed to be busy with something but not my order. Oh and for that little single burger and fry it was $17!!! That’s just ridiculous!
