Ok, so this was our first trip ever to Hat Creek...we asked someone in the area as we gassed up our vehicle at QT...he recommended HC, which ended up being a mile up the road, I took 6 grandchildren, my wife and self...burgers were decent, customer service from 1 guy was great, they were completely out of lemonade and the tea was terrible, which was out as they rushed to make more...the location was diiiiirrrrrty!!! We spent a lot...never again.

Always a good atmosphere. My kids love the playground and the staff is always helpful and willing to fix any orders if there is ever a mixup.
Vegetarian options: One of the best burgers around. It doesn’t crumble in your bun. Iykyk

My daughter and I came here for lunch with my granddaughter (28 mos) We ordered burgers and fries with a drink. A small hat for the little one. Everything was Hot, fresh and made to order. Fast friendly service. And very reasonable prices. They also have an outdoor play area. My granddaughter made a few friends and had a great time. We'll definitely be going back.
Parking: Plenty of free parking available. They also have handicap parking.

Naomi took our order and was very pleasant to talk to. Told us of a savings we had thru our app. Watched her continuously work on something the entire time we were eating. Great young worker and very sweet.

Good burger sweet potatoes fries great. Very personable guy took our order. A little loud (acoustics) inside. But there is seating outside on covered porch.

I always love coming to Hat Creek. The staff is always so friendly, the orders are always correct, it is always DELICIOUS and I think they have the best Gluten Free options for fast food, hands down! The fried chicken isn’t just good for gluten free fried chicken, it’s good as fried chicken as a whole! The ingredients always taste fresh and it is just a consistently good experience. 100000/10!
Dietary restrictions: Almost everything can be made gluten free, and the fried chicken comes gluten free as a default! That’s right, no upcharge!

I used to take a gentleman I was a caregiver for to eat here, so after church I thought would get something for dinner. I was in for a big surprise the hamburger was awful and it was expensive. I had known how expensive it was going to be I would have gone to Chick-fil-A. I'm not sure when the recipe was changed but doubt if I will go back.
