They never get your order right. We have ordered Uber a couple of times from here and every single time they leave something out. Every.single.time. So if you don't mind them leaving out your fries or one of the burgers or a drink then their burgers are somewhat decent.

Food and service are great but staff lets people sit outside and smoke. How can you have a child play, escape, and allow people to smoke right next to it?

I’m so pleased to go to a “fast food” place and be able to eat. I have celiac so actually finding a place that has only gluten free fryer for their fries is amazing. I loved thier fired chicken sandwich and nuggets.
Please don’t change anything when it comes to the dedicated fryer. Onky thing I can recommend would be using an organic oil.

This queso is like water. Why…….. and you didn’t close the container all the way so some of it wasted. I’m so unhappy. I only ordered queso and chips.

We always enjoy play date lunches at Hat Creek. My 7 & 8 year olds have enjoyed coming here since they were 2 & 3. We enjoy the cheeseburger, grilled chicken sandwich, sweet potato fries and tots.
