My first time here. I was surprised at all of the options. Manager and staff were very nice. The food was delicious. Free ice cream

I’m so disappointed in this location…I’ll just go to the Rockwall or Mesquite location moving forward. The “Store Manager” closed the window in my face when I was still talking. When I called the location she was rude saying you were done talking so I closed the window…obviously I was not…I was trying to see if i need to place my order differently since my last 4 orders were incorrect…this order I was missing by soup, had to drive all the way back with no empathy from the “manager” and said it was my fault because I put the request through the notes that they do not check…what’s the point of having a notes section if you do not check it. I was not asking for anything free but also was not asking to be treated the way either

It was okay. Just kind of average and the red beets on the salad bar looked aged.

The food was good. The orices keep going up. The service was fine. The only pet-peeve was the cleanliness of the place. There was a big chunk of lint(?) on the wall next to where my friend was seating. We started to pay more attention and there were cobwebs on the ceiling, and there were other areas that could have used a good scrubbing. At least the salad bar area looked clean as well as the visible cook prepared area...but it made us wonder where else could it use a deep cleaning?

We have eaten at this location many times. This time, there was a mistake on my wife's sandwich. The manager, Dan, was quick to correct the mistake and comp her sandwich. Dan made us feel welcomed in the restaurant and we will continue to recommend it.

I come into Jason's Deli almost every night and normally can expect good service. However the last Thursday night i was here, i ordered just a few small soups and waited forever just for someone to bag them. i didn't say anything as a young girl seemed to be working the front very stressed. It was clear she was running the drive thru, call ins & dine in patrons. i felt bad no one else was helping her. Not even a manager came to help her bag or take orders. He just kept popping his head out of the office but stayed inside for the most part. my soups were cold by the time i got in my car and it was not the experience i'm used to. Maybe hire more staff…I only felt the need to say this because the whole situation just didn't sit right with me.

So we tried ordering Jason's Deli/DoorDash delivery. For some reason the app kept saying error, we do not service your area. So I called Jason's Deli, the one my husband and I frequent regularly. And ISABELLA... I want y'all to give her a raise! She was so kind and patient as we verbally gave her our order (3 ladies day drinking) and she put it in for a DoorDash to pick up. She was amazing, give her a raise!

The manager on duty on the other hand kept interrupting the order process, wanting to know what was happening. Not once but twice, which was frustrating. After he finished the 4 - 5 minute conversation with Isabella, the second time, I had to say something. Basically asking Isabella to tell her manager she's with a customer and she will explain when the customer is off the phone 🤣

Other than that food was awesome, DoorDash delivered and Isabella was amazing!!

About as good as a Jason Deli gets

Sarah is such an enjoyable manager to see every week, I love eating here and ordering with the rowlett team. Keep it up!

Disappointed with the food

We tried the new Everything Burnt Ends Sandwich and it was PHENOMENAL. We were so happy with the service and the manager Sarah was great.
