Jason's Deli

Ordered it on ubereats and I've got to say that this was probably our worst experience. We ordered 2 of the meatball penne pastas. The meatballs were soggy, tasted rancid, and completely watered down. Maybe a tablespoon of pasta sauce to add to it. I'm not a picky eater by any means, but I wouldn't even feed this crap to my dogs. Never coming here again, hats off to my driver though, he was awesome.

Had a flat tire and a kind gentleman who worked at Jason’s Deli, named Alex, came out and helped me change my tire!! Idk what I would have done without his help. 🥹 Great service, kind people and good food!

Ordered two meals with thoughts of having dinner at the park down the street to celebrate an early birthday with my husband. Ordered the new Cowboy sandwich for him, and the chicken Alfredo for me. Unfortunately, we did not get the dinnerware or napkins. We came home, a mile and a 1/2, chicken Alfredo, chicken was cold and the five pieces were hard to chew.

Love the salad bar ! So many great options for toppers!! a great choice to eat !

It was a great experience, a nice place to converse with staff and friends alike with good, filling food. I recommend the salad bar for healthy eating and the drinks are delicious too, the bottled ones especially.

First time there, no idea where to go; be seated or ...??? But after we found the cash register at the back and learned to order there, all went smooth. Food was good, with very large sandwiches. A bit on the bland side. Over all I'd go back again.

I’m so disappointed in this location…I’ll just go to the Rockwall or Mesquite location moving forward. The “Store Manager” closed the window in my face when I was still talking. When I called the location she was rude saying you were done talking so I closed the window…obviously I was not…I was trying to see if i need to place my order differently since my last 4 orders were incorrect…this order I was missing by soup, had to drive all the way back with no empathy from the “manager” and said it was my fault because I put the request through the notes that they do not check…what’s the point of having a notes section if you do not check it. I was not asking for anything free but also was not asking to be treated the way either

It was okay. Just kind of average and the red beets on the salad bar looked aged.

The food was good. The orices keep going up. The service was fine. The only pet-peeve was the cleanliness of the place. There was a big chunk of lint(?) on the wall next to where my friend was seating. We started to pay more attention and there were cobwebs on the ceiling, and there were other areas that could have used a good scrubbing. At least the salad bar area looked clean as well as the visible cook prepared area...but it made us wonder where else could it use a deep cleaning?

We have eaten at this location many times. This time, there was a mistake on my wife's sandwich. The manager, Dan, was quick to correct the mistake and comp her sandwich. Dan made us feel welcomed in the restaurant and we will continue to recommend it.
