Soup was cold, brought with no crackers. No one looked like they wanted to be there. No smiles or greetings. Sort of the opposite of McAllisters.

Salad was amazing. Trays have gotten smaller on what they put them in but not the price too match the shrinkage. But I alleys enjoy the salad.

We went today, on a Friday, at lunch time. The staff: So amazing, accommodating and helpful! The wait for our food was less than 10 minutes! ZERO complaints and I cannot say enough good things about the employees in regards to their assistance, attention, patience and kindness!

I recently visited Jason’s Deli on October 19th at 6:10 PM to pick up my order, and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. The young lady at the register was remarkably rude and disrespectful. When I couldn't answer her question, she rolled her eyes and walked away, which made me feel quite uncomfortable. Concerned, I asked if she was okay, but it only escalated the situation, prompting me to leave and head back to my car.

On a positive note, one of the other employees noticed the interaction and came out to deliver my order to my car, which I appreciated. He kindly apologized on her behalf, showing that not all staff share the same attitude.

However, this experience left a sour taste, and I honestly hope to avoid returning in the future. Customer service is key in the dining industry, and it was disappointing to see such a lack of it here.

Horrible customer service. I placed an online order, went to pick it up and noticed it was wrong. When I went to ask for my order to be corrected, they seemed very irritated. Rude.... never apologized.

Once I got home, I opened the bag and there was sauce all over everything. I had 2 orders of pasta and the lids weren't closed tightly so all the sauce spilled out into the bag and made a huge mess...

The salad bar here is always my favorite! They have a very nice selection of really fresh items! Their iced teas are always fresh too. Pro tip lol: put your complimentary soft serve ice cream in your drink cup, then fill with Dr Pepper for a great float!!

The place was clean, the cashier was inviting, helpful and pleasant.

I am SO disappointed in Jason’s deli. We are regulars here but no longer! My family of 3 paid close to 70$ for salads and sandwiches. Ridiculous!!! I was quoted $2.50 for a side salad and was then charged 7.50$ per side salad. When I asked why I was told the 2.50 side salad is only for the managers special. There is nothing special about this location. Save money and go to Panera or McAlester’s down the road.
