So I go to Jason's Delu at least once a month but today's experience makes me want to now boycot them. Ordered online at 12:21, supposed to be ready at 12:33 and it's now 12:59 and my two sandwiches are not ready. How? I mean they are sandwiches not a candlelight dinner. I complained but all I got is "sorry we are shortstaffed and very busy". Well, guess what now you will be less busy cause I won't be going back. Maybe the manager should have been more prepared, most stores have problems because of bad help.

The food is always amazing. I had a Pastrami Rueben and the Pot Pie Soup. It was great. The service was great. I went with a friend and the manager was friendly.

Best grilled cheese sandwich I'd ever had! The first time I seen a Jason's Deli with a drive thru. The staff was really nice as well. It's an easy 5 STARS from me ⭐⭐⭐?⭐

When I arrived home, I opened the container with my potato and began to eat it. All was well until I discovered not one BUT TWO human hairs. It was baked INTO the potato leading me to believe the hair was in the potato before i began to eat. This hair was long, black, and curly. I’m a blonde with straight hair so i know it wasn’t mine. However, i came back to the store and they made it right by giving me another potato free of hair.

Very disappointing today. Food was terrible tasting. Avacados weren’t ripe. Tea wasn’t sweet. Bacon tastes like it’s been sitting out all day. Unfortunately not the best and they’ve done better. Oh yes also the professionalism at the drive thru when getting your order taken and they reply “what else”, “what else”, “what else”. Not the best experience I have had at this location.

Omg!!! Took uber order for $5 1 fried egg n cup of potatoe salad took forever. Mgmt, plzzzz have someone pay attention to Door Dash, Uber, etc. orders only.

Bacon cubano Sandwich and lobster soup were excellent. We asked the cashier for no mustard or pickles. Sandwich cane to the table with both mustard and pickle. That was not the problem-no one is perfect . The cashier host #11 Tuesday Dec 12 at 7:04 p.mbrought the correct Sandwich to our table. She made no comment and was very rude. Her attitude was very rude and horrible. Did not acknowledge her mistake. We have been dining here for 20 years and even order sandwiches for our staff and have always had great good and service.

I had the manager special which is half a sandwich and a cup of soup. The club sandwich was just okay the broccoli cheese soup was really good. For a bonus, they do have an ice cream machine, free with your meal.
