I just want to stop and say how impressed I am with the lady in charge tonight. I stopped by at around 6-6:30 and They were short staff with 2 people and had a new person and she rocked it out!! There was a line out of the world and she still managed to handle everything with ease. I will definitely be coming back to this location. I got 2 number 8s and a combo (by the way and it was amazing🤗)

I think it goes without saying that Jersey Mike’s has delicious subs but, what really makes this Rowlett location stand out is their EXCELLENT customer service! Angela and her team are always so cheery, welcoming, and helpful every single time.

Had a gift card and decided to use it. Wonderful sandwich and they cut it up for you. Very tasty, better than Subway and not as pricey as Jimmy John's

Stopped this evening and picked up a couple subs. Have ordered here many times but tonight, a hair in my big kahuna! Bummer.

This is unfortunately one of the many times that my order has been wrong. Whenever we order two sandwiches, they just can’t seem to get it right. Everything from the type of bread to the toppings is incorrect. More attention needs to be paid when making the sandwiches. Follow the tickets to make sure the customizations are correct! Super frustrating paying extra for ingredients and not getting them. Slow down and read the tickets.

Ordered a #66 for pick up and there was no steak on the sandwich. Can’t get through on their phone to try to fix the issue.

Angela, Brandon and N’Aja customer service was phenomenal and outstanding. Friendly, answered all my questions, they all were professional and made me feel like I was their only customer. Food prepared correctly in a fast and efficient manner with explanation on how to use my app and accumulate points for the feature. Love these guys….GREAT SERVICE. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
