Jersey Mike's Subs

This is unfortunately one of the many times that my order has been wrong. Whenever we order two sandwiches, they just can’t seem to get it right. Everything from the type of bread to the toppings is incorrect. More attention needs to be paid when making the sandwiches. Follow the tickets to make sure the customizations are correct! Super frustrating paying extra for ingredients and not getting them. Slow down and read the tickets.

Ordered a #66 for pick up and there was no steak on the sandwich. Can’t get through on their phone to try to fix the issue.

Angela, Brandon and N’Aja customer service was phenomenal and outstanding. Friendly, answered all my questions, they all were professional and made me feel like I was their only customer. Food prepared correctly in a fast and efficient manner with explanation on how to use my app and accumulate points for the feature. Love these guys….GREAT SERVICE. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

The difference between ordering online and then going to the store and watching them make your food. Where’s the meat?? Charging me all that for 2 slices of meat is mental hospital insane. They didn’t offer to reimburse or nothing. Just stood there quietly. I move couches and fridges all day absolutely can’t suck at my job or I’m fired. Do better at your job. White kid with glasses (cashier) and short black chick that makes the sandwiches need more training. Really whoever makes the sandwhiches for online orders is really who needs it. Last time ordering from that location, and I come here a lot. Y’all lost me compa!!

I come here almost weekly because I love the food but the service is terrible for online orders. Your best bet is to order in person because they make all in person orders first before they even start any online orders. The last 3 online orders ive placed have taken over 30 minutes just to make 2 sandwiches for DINNER. I’ll come pick up my order and it won’t be ready, the shop will be empty, but 5-6 people will come in, place their order, and leave before I even receive mine. Y’all employees giving jersey mikes a bad rep, the company deserves better.

Me and my family came in 20 minutes before closing and ordered 4 sandwiches, Nene and Mecia took great care of us and our complicated orders! Just a note we’re a very picky family and we were accommodated with ease and hospitality! I’m a Jersey Mikes member and order frequently, tonight’s experience was amazing and efficient! I will definitely be coming back and will recommend to others! Thank you for the great service 😊

Never been to a Jersey Mike's in my life. Their sandwiches are pretty yummy. They do add oils and such and call it "Mike's way" which in my opinion makes it super yummy. But you do have to eat it right away because it will get soggy.

Great sandwiches and they don’t skimp on the meat and veggies. At other restaurants the tuna is almost undetectable, here they stuffed the sandwich so much there was extra off the sides.
My husband said the pastrami was good, better than he expected from a chain.

It’s so interesting to me that people will eat at a place over and over and over and then they will not leave a review until they have a bad experience. Just had to throw that out there. That’s so sad for so many restaurants.

Anyhow, this is my first time having a Jersey Mike’s sub, and it was so delicious and I was so hungry…. I didn’t remember to take my picture until it was too late so here’s what was left… I’ll get better pictures next time because there will be next time 🤗!

Food is great but waiting 18+ minutes extra for an online order that said it would be ready by a certain time also the fact the server told the woman behind me sorry for the wait but what about my wait and it is you whos hands are moving slow and mouth moving fast no thank you to me no have a good day just a hateful stare from your friendly neighborhood Jersey Mike's sandwich maker. I'll try Jimmy John's next time
