Timothy was giving horrible service. Pretty sure he was on something. I told him I was allergic to mayonnaise and he still put on my sub. Sub was made very sloppy too. not impressed at all.

Unsanitary. The kid was literally sweeping exactly where I was standing rather than waiting for me to get my food and leave, then proceeds to pick up the rug AS IM STANDING ON IT! No manners whatsoever. The make matters worse, my sandwich wasn’t even prepared correctly.

Every time I entered the door she greets my wife and I with a phenomenal smile, takes our order, and cook our Philly sandwiches to perfection. We visited because we had a coupon for free chips and a drink. We ordered 2 sandwiches and at payout, we advised the cashier that we had a coupon for chips and a drink. The price didn't change after we gave him the coupon and I asked if the coupon had been applied. Although he said yes, I did not believe him since the total was $35. I was not happy with being lied to but am giving 3 stars because the food was good and the employees were working so efficiently.Parking: Limited parking in front.

At first we were very pleased when Jersey Mikes came to Rowlett. The sandwiches were very good and the bread was especially fresh. However, our last 3 experiences were not good. The bread was not fresh. When my wife called to complain about the issue the manager was very defensive. He did not say I am sorry about your experience what can I do to make it right. Instead he stated that the bread was baked every morning at 5 am and if you wanted fresh bread to ask for it? We always order using the app and it contains a section for special instructions. We always request extra Mayo and no oil or vinegar and it seems they ignore these requests so what good would requesting fresh bread in the special instructions accomplish. We requested a credit for the unsatisfactory sandwiches but never received it. So goodbye Jersey Mikes we will not be your customer again.
