Too bad I didn’t check reviews at this location before buying a sandwich. I didn’t like the fact that I was not able to see the veggies she was placing in the sandwich, the cucumbers were not good and the avocado was old. Definitely not going back there, I would have made a much better sandwich at home with less money spent.

Overpriced sandwich with sad veggies. I only order veggie sandwich and every time it is a disappointment. Y’all hardly put any veggies on them when that is supposed to be the entire sandwich. Also, the lettuce is soggy. The only good thing is the bread. Meanwhile my husband gets his sandwich that is loaded. Every. Single. Time. He gets meat on his, but even if you were to remove the meat he would still get more veggies than mine. Make it make sense. My sandwiches are always abysmal at best.

A little petty, i ordered two combo meals and he only rang one up, i asked where the other drink was and he said no u only asked for one, he fidgeted with register and couldnt ring up chips and drink only, like dummy i felt i was holding up the line, so i told him just leave it like that he seem flustered, yet somehow my two sandwiches ended up being made after the next four people inline, so yeah the guy making the sandwich really had his back and really showed me

As a Jimmy John’s addict, this store is not my first choice. The food quality is inconsistent. The food just has a weird aftertaste and I found the long hair that was not mine. I took it out because I really didn’t care because I just wanted to eat food, but the quality overall is not good and they charge more than the store at 909 W Centerville Rd, Garland, TX 75041 way better location and the food is amazing there don’t let the reviews at that store deceive you it’s a really good and clean store and the food quality there is more consistent and the sauce consistency. It’s just perfect would not recommend. And the service was really slow compared to every others I’ve been to around the Dallas/garland area
Ordered for delivery but they called and said they ran out of bread. For real. No wonder this location has so many bad reviews

This not what I order we spent 50 dollars I’m very upset the boy with the dreads messed up my order I’m very disappointed I recently dined at Jimmy John’s, and I had a rather disappointing experience that left me with mixed feelings. While I’ve heard great things about their subs, my visit did not live up to the hype. Firstly, the service felt rushed and inattentive. I arrived during what seemed to be a relatively quiet time but still felt like I was being pushed through the line. The staff didn’t seem engaged, and when I asked questions about the menu, the responses were curt, making me feel unwelcome.
