Hadn't been in for a while, was better than I remembered. Food and service was fast and efficient.
Great job by ownership in adjusting the lighting, far more intimate feeling.

Vivian was the best! She took great care of me and helped me get through my day. She would also check up on me without me asking and made sure I had everything I needed. She saved my life by letting me know that one of the dishes I ordered had one of my allergens.
Ruben was awesome as well and entertained me about his wonderful exciting life.
The Shrimp Tempura was great and it was the freshest! I also loved the Pad Thai and it was way better than Sabaidee’s down the road!
Vivian was the greatest and I will be coming back to see her again. 1000/10

I came and got a chicken and beef fried rice with some gyozas for dinner, amazing I'll be back.

Food is good I went with a friend her daughter and my daughter. I ask for the kids chicken fried rice for my daughter. our waitress came back with an adult entree of chicken friend rice. When I mention I ordered the kids for her, she says there is no fried rice for kids that has protein even though I saw it with my eyes!!!! Then she never brought the menu back so I can show her and still charged me for the adult chicken fried rice… mind y’all my daughter is 4. She barely touched that entire plate. Wait staff should be more knowledgeable about their own menus and shouldn’t be so quick to wave people off and instead double check . The food was good but I feel like I was ripped off.

I ordered Pad Thai and it was the weirdest flavor almost like spaghetti, nothing like what the authentic flavor should be. I came home with a literal stomach ache. Don’t recommend & won’t be back.

We've been in Rowlett a long time and finally stopped in. I can't believe we didn't come in sooner! If you're looking for a chill vibe, incredible food and excellent service don't pass this place up! New favorite sushi place!

We had the best experience at Kaizen thanks to our server, Will! He was absolutely amazing—so friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. He recommended the Beef Curry, Ahi Tuna Tower, and Poke Maki Bowl, and every single dish was outstanding. The Beef Curry was honestly the best I’ve ever had!

What made the night even more special was how Will connected with our 10-year-old son. He took the time to chat with him about Pokémon, which made our kid’s night. It’s rare to find a server who can engage both adults and kids so naturally.

Will also told us about some of Kaizen’s new menu items, and we’re already looking forward to coming back to try their brand-new roll, the “30 Roll,” that was just created a few days ago.

Highly recommend Kaizen—not just for the delicious food, but also for the incredible service. Thank you, Will, for making our visit memorable!
