Kaizen Sushi Bar | Asian Kitchen

I never expect much from sushi here in Texas. Something about landlocked suburbia just never felt right for sushi vibes. But this place really changed my mind. They had some truly unique rolls and the traditional favorites were great as well. They willingly made some accomodations for my little foodies. Who love sushi but spicy mayo is still too much for them😅 we got way too much for just the three of us but everything was delicious. We started with crab Rangoon's. Which actually had crab in it. So plus there. And the gyoza which were fantasticly meaty and the sauce was a bit different than the standard gyoza sauce and was very tasty. Then had a California roll and roman rolls for my kiddos. They loved. And especially appreciated the bonito flakes. I got myself the poke roll. And that was great the seranos were a great addition since so often jalapenos no longer have any heat so that extra
bit of spice was much appreciated. It was a great experience we loved the art and my kids loved finding Luffy hidden amongst the pictures. the best part is, their happy hour specials include some of their specialty rolls which is rare to find. We found OUR sushi spot out here and will be back again soon.

We will be coming back. We had the crab ragoons, cowboys roll, beef curry, brisket fried rice, and orange chicken. We loved everything, each dish we had was super flavorful! 10/10 nice environment too!

Friendly staff , Miso soup was so good ! Wasn't a fan of the seaweed salad. But we tried a few different items on the menu. Very good

Was really disappointed on our first visit here. The inside was nice, workers were nice, but the food is SO Americanized (like food court asian food?). We ordered cold sake and it came in a white wine glass lol It has a lot of 5 star reviews I think because this local area likes Americanized asian food, but if your looking for more genuine stuff, this is not the place

We’ve dined at Kaizen twice now. Once to go and once in the restaurant. Absolutely love this place, the food is fantastic. We had thai basil beef and the chicken and broccoli and split an uptown roll. Lots of food, great prices. Sushi was tender and flavorful. Atmosphere is great, loved the art and they were playing good music at an appropriate volume, restaurant never got too loud. Would absolutely recommend and will be coming back many many times

Yall I was there the other day and u get 6 rolls for 15$ bucks temporah. Really over priced. On top of that you pay extra for
spicey mayo and they givr u a table spoon of it. I thought it was weird. PI'm here on vacation from Miami, I'd say there's a better sushi place at the food hall. I forgot what it was called.

I ordered take out on a Friday evening at 6:35pm. My order was ready when they promised ≈ 25-30 minutes later. And delivered by smiling, friendly staff. I ordered the spring roll, Oishi roll and OMG tacos. Loved everything except the spring rolls were lackluster… I don’t recommend ordering them from here. The Oishi is a staple…I’ve ordered it 10+ time and never been dissatisfied. I ordered the OMG taco for the first time tonight and was delightfully impressed.

My entire family got their food while I waited for 45 minutes never got my daughters or my food.. to cancel and to tell the lady server.. for her not to even care or say sorry. Work on your customer service
