We love Kaizen, one of the best Japanese restaurants in Rowlett! Excellent food, comfortable atmosphere, and friendly and attentive wait staff. The orange chicken and white rice is my favorite, a classic and delicious choice. My husband loves their sushi rolls. Good discounts on drinks during happy hour. Food and service was great. Bathroom was very dirty. The atmosphere didn't fit the prices on the menu. It gives off fast food vibes, but it's not fast food quality. The food is top notch.

Ordered food here a month ago and thought it was a little expensive for what I ordered. Got home and found a couple of bugs jumping out of the rice. Caught a picture of one. Examined the food closer and found someone's hair all through the food. ALL THE FOOD.Called the establishment to let then know what we found. They apologized and offered to refund 50% of the cost back and a gift card. I agreed and told them I would accept the offer. But, would decline any gift cards to their establishment.It has been a month since this wonderful meal and I have heard nothing from a manager and no money has been refunded. I refrained from any negative actions such as this. Bad business deserves the attention. I will be contacting the health department after this.

We just discovered this place! The food was tasty, or server Glenn was super friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was clean and inviting. They have Happy Hour from 5-7 every day but Friday and Saturday. We plan to bring others with us when we come back!

Good atmosphere, good service, good food. My to-go order was excellent and, I felt, well presented for a to-go order. I have also eaten inside with multiple parties, and we all loved it. There is a good drink menu with something for everyone as well. I highly recommend this local establishment.

We have been dining here for a few years, and always have a great experience. It's the only sushi we will eat around here. Everything on the menu is delicious. And the service is great! The oishii roll is one of my favorite rolls I have ever had!

I’ve been coming here for years, always fast and genuinely friendly service, and of course delicious food. Ive always ordered favorite roll (in & out roll) until TODAY! it was so cold outside i wanted to try soup. I saw Pho Ga on the menu and ordered it assuming the broth would probably be light and a bit more bland like it always is at any pho restaurants I’ve ordered it (i dont eat pork or beef) i was WRONG. It was an incredibly rich and gorgeous broth. The depth of flavor and tender chicken were a delicious surprise and now i have found my absolute favorite chicken Pho. Im already looking forward to having it again!

A must go to sushi bar. One of the best around for quality sushi at a reasonable price. Great night out or date spot and all of the hosting is very friendly. The red snapper rolls are the best here.
