Twice I ordered online and the lobby was closed early. The first time was 8 and the second was 8:30. The hours on the door say they close at 10:30. I got cold food both times because I had to wait in line

I ordered the honey Bar-B-Q combo and was pretty disappointed! It wasn't the same as it was when it first came out! The main reason is, it was too salty!!! 🧂 Combo meal wasn't anything special. Service was good and friendly. As for atmosphere, it doesn't apply because it's a fast food establishment. Order was a little over $12 for 3 pieces dark meat, mash potatoes, a biscuit and a medium drink. To me, the combo that I had ordered wasn't worth the money based on the quality of the food. This is only my opinion and perhaps others may find it appealing.

Great Service. Young man at the counter was nice. Receipt says Oscar hope that's his name, he was very helpful and friendly. Food was great well prepared and hot. I will go out my way to come back here.

Employee at DriveThru window was incredibly rude while I was attempting to pick up a DoorDash order. She initially told me it would be an 11 minute wait for my guests pot pie and pulled me forward with the offer of walking it out when it’s ready. That was awesome! Four cars behind us and 20 minutes later I circle back around because she forgot about me. No big deal, honestly. It’s work and it happens! After finally getting our order for our guest, we noticed the employee did not put the sauce our guest paid for in the bag. We circled back a third time to pick it up and we got the absolute nastiest attitude ever, all because she forgot a ranch dressing. This kind of thing wouldn’t normally phase me, but thanks to her incompetence and poor attitude, I missed almost 30 minutes of valuable shift time into my delivery window. Please retrain your employees to correctly read orders and include all aspects of the orders, including sauces, ESPECIALLY when you require payment for it.

Almost everytime they get the order wrong. It does not matter if I go drive by, walk in or use the kiosk!!
It is so frustrating that they can not get the order right! Paying for what I want and I don't get what I am paying for!

​Usually, I love KFC, but this time was a letdown. The chicken was dry and tasted like it had been sitting out for a while. The service was slow, though the cashier did acknowledge the wait and apologize, which I appreciated.
​The worst part was that they left out all the a la carte food items we ordered. We noticed the missing food as we were leaving the drive-thru, but we were on our way home from an ER visit. My wife wasn't up for going back and dealing with another wait, so we just left. It was a huge disappointment since we had been looking forward to KFC all weekend. Hopefully, the next time will be better.

Not only did they have me wait 30minutes for a 12 piece order of honey bbq wings that take 9 minutes to cook and 6 minutes to batter
 but when the order was ready it was handed to me unsauced with about 10 honey bbq sauces on the side. I “phoned a friend” to verify that the wings are suppose to be sauced and then spoke with the manager. I was told it was an up charge to sauce the wings, which isn’t on the sign, I was dismayed also because why wasn’t I charged the up charge when I ordered the wings. There were 10 honey bbq sauces in the bag, he couldn’t have thought I wanted to dip my own. To top it off, after I asked for a refund, the manager then pulls out a sign that says no refunds. Does this international brand know that this restaurant is operating with a no refund policy. Even for uneaten food and for orders where this establishment is to blame? Don’t show me a sign that appears to have been printed at kinkos or ordered from amazon. This is a KFC and not a mom and pop. I drove to a garland KFC. And look, no up charge for honey bbq wings. With only a 15 minute wait for fresh dropped wings. They are Scamming in Rowlett
