Horrible customer service, and the crew at this location had apparently decided not to do any work on this Sunday. I had to drive to another location, that was only slightly better to get pizza. I will tell my son Little Caesar’s is not a pizza option moving forward. What happened: First I started to place an online order, but then decided that I really didn’t want to put it on a card. So I called in for a pick up order I sat on hold for about 15 minutes waiting for someone to pick up, the only reason I could wait so long is because I was getting my child dressed to ride with me to go pick up the pizza. I expected to see a very busy store when I arrived, since nobody could pick up the phone after being on hold for over 15 minutes. When I arrived, there were no customers in the store, I saw three employees there, they were all in the back, and one pizza in the oven. So I tried to place my order once the young lady came to the counter, and was told that what I wanted (stuffed pretzel crust pepperoni) was only available online… she proceeded to tell me that pretty much anything beyond a ”hot and ready” would have to be ordered online. Obviously confused, I asked if I complete the order online she would make it , but since I was ordering and paying cash at the counter it was unavailable to me. To which she replied yes, I a said you would rather me spend my money at your competitor than let me place my order at the counter? That was met with a shoulder shrug, and I couldn’t hear what she actually said. I asked to speak with her manager, she said she wasn’t there. I asked when she would be available, she said that she didn’t know. I asked for the manager’s name and number, she reluctantly said Alicia and gave no further information. I asked for another number to call because they apparently don’t answer the store phone, and was met with a blank stare and silence.

I ordered several things on Saturday night through the app for delivery. After an hour of waiting, they canceled my order. There was no call, no explanation. I called and called and they never would pick up the phone. I called the next day and finally after a few hours, someone answered and they were so unhelpful. I talked to a “manager” and was told to call back in ten mins to talk to another manager. No way! So I can call with no answer? I wanted my refund of almost 40 bucks! I waited all day for the call I was suppose to get in a few mins and never got it. When I talked to them on the phone they just kept telling me it wasn’t canceled and it was put in the bin. This was a delivery! Take care of you Mr damn customers! Good news is that I called the 800 number late Sunday afternoon and it was little Caesar customer service. They saw that they canceled my order because a “DoorDasher” had stolen my order. Ok, then why not remake it? How is it the customers fault? I waited an hour and then had to call another pizza place to get the food that we had been waiting on. I love little Caesars but we will not be using this location again.

It's a shame I can't rate this place lower. Ordered for delivery and 30 mins later my order is cancelled and nobody know anything about it. Drive to the store amd get said order "remade" only to get told they "can't" refund my delivery fee. Quit letting high school kids run a

They do not treat their customers right! They’re serving extremely old food!!! The cheese sticks they served me were so dry, they looked they had literally been sitting there for hours. I watched them mess up so many orders, and they didn’t even try to make it right the customers. They even refused to let the customer keep the order they messed up as a courtesy.

This place is an absolute dumpster fire. The small girl who works there had the nastiest attitude for no reason. She has on SUPER LONG acrylic nails while making your pizza. She went from taking my cash to making pizza with no gloves and did not wash her hands..I watched. I’m sorry thats beyond disgusting. Ended up getting a refund (which they tried to short me 20$) and leaving.

Had my teen go on and make an order. As I'm sitting in car I see an employee come out the kitchen and take his hat off run his hands through his hair 3 times!! I said no way this kids about to make the pizza?! So I get out my car and sure enough his hands are making the damn pizza dough. I open the door told them cancel my order. They already ran my card but I had the to refund my money. Absolutely disgusting!!! What happened to restaurants using gloves????

Usually slow. Nothing is hot and ready, especially not when it should be. They could save themselves some hassle by just doing some prep in down times.Also what's up with the phone? It just rings constantly. Maybe it's Corporate trying to figure out why this place still uses their name and advertising.?

If your gonna go to this little ceasers be prepared to wait for more than an hour even if it’s just for one classic pepperoni (the ones that should be “hot n ready”) also make sure you record yourself paying since they never give receipts then make you wait an hour for something “you haven’t paid for” then make you wait an extra 20min while they check the cameras. once you finally get your pizza enjoy the very uneven slices

No wonder this location is 1 star! I have ordered from here before and have had the experience that they do not sauce the pizza and there is no option on the app to note extra sauce but the thing is they put no sauce on a pizza. So today I called as soon as I placed my order and I asked for them to put extra sauce know that they don't put not even regular sauce on the pizza! I also paid service fees and delivery fees and tipped the driver both on the app and in cash. I get my pizzas and they once again have no sauce! I called got an employee that was rude and try to tell me I didn't pay for extra sauce so I then re expressed to her that I got NO SAUCE ON THE PIZZA and for her to resend the order with the correct amount of sauce and she hung up on me and I called back and I asked for her name so I can report her to corporate and she said it was against the law for her to give me her name! Like please it's against the law to no provide me what I paid for which was a pizza w just regular sauce I got no sauce! The customer service this location provides is awful and is disgusting how they treat customers! Today is 1/2/24 at 3:50 is when I called and was refused by a rude employee of little Caesar's to make it right! I should not be on hold for over 10 min on a 800 call to report this hope the manager of this store reads this and address how bad the staff is! So u don't think I'm lying I will post my call logs pictures of the pizza and receipt of my order! On delivery service fees and tip allow I paid over 12 so they should have don't the right thing and resent me the correct product! @littleceasers little advice I should be able to make notes on my online order and should not have to call to request extra sauce for just wanting a regular sauce pizza or retrain ur cooks to put the sauce on the pizza use a measuring cup to make it consistent!

Whoever made the crazybread the other day knew what they were doing! Didn't like having to wait 20 minutes for what is supposed to be hot and ready. It wasnt far from closing though so maybe its just a fluke.

first of i’d like to say that i found a short hair in my pie very disappointed what happened to wearing hair nets or hats. young gentlemen at the front with very little hygiene really disappointed me with his lack of effort for this job. i wouldn’t recommend this spot at all 0/10hello, @littlecaesarspizzanot looking for any freebies so i won’t be contacting the number. the only request that i have is for y’all to have a word with the young gentleman that was at the front today hispanic with straight hair please have a word with him about his hygiene and the importance of wearing a hat please and thank you.
