This is the first time I order from this bakery. WOW! Just, wow. We tried the lemon and lavender cake and it was delicious. Thought maybe my kiddos would be skeptical because it is a new combination for them but it was a huge hit with the whole family! Lemon and lavender flavors were perfectly balanced. The cake was beautiful, the icing creamy and delicious, and the cake itself flavorful. We will definitely order from here again. Thank you! ???

I called everywhere looking for a small heart shape cake, and I couldn't find anything, till I called Mabels Confection. Now I wasn't able to get same day of course but they were able to make it for me and it wasn't even as expensive as I thought it would be. Went to pick up the cake, and it was easy to find them, they were so friendly and help me put it in my truck securely. I didn't peek at it cause I wanted my daughter to see her cake first, for all I know it could of been some other cake (thank god it was the right cake). When she open the box we were all blown away, I was expecting a cake the way I described it to them. Simple small white cake, with white icing, in the shape of a heart with 3 red roses, boom nothing fancy. But what I got was this beautiful 3 layer heart shape cake, with gorgeous white frosting designs patterned. 3 elegant, vibrant red roses with Happy Birthday written across the top. Simple to say, it was beautiful, and far more then what I figured a last min cake would be. Now if your wonder why I gave them 4 stars and not 5 after everything I just said, is because the cake was a little dry for my tasted but they are working with this extreme heat outside and I'm not sure but kind of think it does have something to do it. Other then that it was perfect, and I will order from them again but in the winter time. Lol
