Small cigar shop with a great selection and helpful staff. I didn’t get the employee’s name but he was very welcoming. Don’t be fooled by the relatively small humidor, you will be able to find at least some of the top tier sticks on your list. I’ll definitely be coming back.

If I can give this place negative 5 stars I would! Customer service was not like I expected and/ or previously had. The guy working the lounge had no idea about any of the cigars in the humidor and to top it off, was rushing me to buy the cigars so he can finish talking to his friends that were there. This place used to be my favorite lounge with many of the cigars I smoke, but now it has become just another place I would avoid like the plague!

Excellent service, my friends and I went to look for cigars for an event we are having, even though we do not speak English, the man who served us was friendly, he made suggestions which cigars we would enjoy more, and he also had the patience doing so, making an effort to understand us and trying to respond to us in Spanish, what a great store and atmosphere, thank you very much!

Traveling to the Rowlett area for my 40th high school reunion, I wanted to find a place to sit and enjoy a cigar. My phone steered me to Elite Cigar and I was pleasantly surprised to find a very nice and clean cigar lounge. David, Mike, Garrett and Sheldon treated me like an old friend who walked in every day of the week. They have a well stocked humidor and are eager to help point a customer toward a cigar they will enjoy. I spent several hours over several days enjoying good sticks and great conversation with the employees and regular customers. While the shop is on the small side, I felt at home and will definitely put this shop on my list of “must visits” whenever I come back to town.
