Great Service!! With an amazing Team!

I loved it just like the Plano location I go to , this one was way smaller and I think less staff or rooms . I was there for awhile but even with that I was beyond amazed with the the people !!! Great services and loved how everything was explained .. and willing to advice with questions.

I went in for a free consultation was informed that in fact there is no free consultation. it’s actually $150 to talk to a dentist about getting veneers. No X-rays, no cleaning, nothing….just to talk to him. There website said free consultation but it’s false advertisement. How unfortunate, I looked forward to giving them my business.

My experience was great!! Everyone in the office was very kind and courteous. They really took good care of me and the Dr. was awesome.

Went in for general cleaning and they wouldn't do it unless I paid for a deep cleaning and $300 more out of pocket after insurance.

Also immediately recommended cleanings every 3 months which again was more $$ out of pocket before I even got to my first cleaning.

This was my first experience with Mint Dentistry Rowlett and seemed like they just wanted to up charge me more and more. I've historically had no problems with my teeth and for them to try and charge me for multiple things out of pocket before I even had my first cleaning just felt like I was a target for overcharging. Felt wrong and unprofessional. Won’t be back.

The worst service ever

I’m giving this office a 5-star review. I usually only leave Google reviews when I’m asked, but this one is purely based on my own experience. After a bad experience at another local dentist in 2024, I decided to try somewhere new and I’m so glad I did.

From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, the X-rays were thorough, and the Dr. Kale might be spelling it out wrong.. incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and personable. He actually made me feel comfortable and at ease, which is huge for a dental visit. The dentist who did my deep cleaning was also kind and friendly. I asked several questions, and he answered honestly and even showed me what was coming off my teeth.

Hands down, this is the best dentist I’ve ever been to. I’ll absolutely continue coming here! Hope they keep up the amazing customer service!

Made an appointment for 1:45pm. After waiting for 45 minutes after my appointment time I walked out. No respect for my time. Terrible experience.

I left this office feeling extremely frustrated that my time and PPO benefits were wasted. I came in for a routine exam and cleaning. While the staff was polite and professional, my overall experience was very disappointing. There was an alarming emphasis on recommending additional services. I was referred for a root canal on a tooth that isn’t causing any pain and only needs a filling replaced, which felt unnecessary. To make matters worse, the referral was to a location in Southlake, which was inconvenient and unexpected.

I was also unable to receive a cleaning during my visit because I was told I needed a deep cleaning instead, which required additional out-of-pocket costs and a separate appointment a week later. Although everything was explained politely, the experience felt more sales-driven than patient-centered. Overall, this was a waste of both my time and my PPO benefits.

The visit didn’t make much sense. I went to this location because the location closest to my house was booked. I had a lost filling, which I specified during online booking. Spent an hour there, they took x-rays etc, then came back with cost, etc. I said okay let’s do it. Well you would have to come back in 3 hours. I’m like I live 45 minutes away and took off work to come here because you had availability. Anyways, I just left. It was a wasted visit. Should be better coordinating internally.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the reception staff, who were both professional and friendly. The waiting area was super clean and comfortable, making me feel at ease right away.

I highly recommend Mint Dentistry to anyone seeking exceptional care.
