MINT dentistry | Rowlett

The visit didn’t make much sense. I went to this location because the location closest to my house was booked. I had a lost filling, which I specified during online booking. Spent an hour there, they took x-rays etc, then came back with cost, etc. I said okay let’s do it. Well you would have to come back in 3 hours. I’m like I live 45 minutes away and took off work to come here because you had availability. Anyways, I just left. It was a wasted visit. Should be better coordinating internally.

They were awesome. Considerate and kind and generous.

Just started with them. So far so good. I really liked the dentist.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the reception staff, who were both professional and friendly. The waiting area was super clean and comfortable, making me feel at ease right away.

I highly recommend Mint Dentistry to anyone seeking exceptional care.

I only gave two stars because I am very new and I called to set up appointment but the person that answered the phone was so dry and so dull I hung up Customer service is everything

The office personnel are good. But I took my kid here to get a tooth pulled. Apparently they only send people to surgeons to do this who are not on the insurance plan. I have dental insurance, so they performed x-rays. But when asked to receive the x-rays via e-mail they sent encrypted photos. I had to take my kid to a different dentist office that was in my insurance plan, and have x-rays done there. An hour out of the way in Rowlett traffic at 8:30am was a definite waste. NEVER AGAIN!

I just wanted to thank Mint for giving the young male RDA Sherridan an opportunity to create a safe environment for the patients! He was so pleasant, understanding, and informative, as well as Dr. Patel, She was also, extremely kind. My dental PTsD faded away with those two present/elaborating on my options. They work well together and it show. I WILL be returning for my routine check ups.

I asked for 5 fillings to be done in one sitting, and throughout Dr. Patel and Sheridan both made me feel so comfortable. They were both so attentive and made such a great team. Bridgett at the front desk has also been so helpful with scheduling, and making sure I understand my treatment plan. Thank you to the Mint Dentistry Rowlett team!

I would like to say I'm a person that didn't get to go to the dentist as a child. My first time going to the dentist was when I turned 18 and I took myself, it was a traumatic experience for me with mistakes being made. So needless to say, every dentist appointment, I'm a little anxious, but this dentistry was one of the most considerate and informative dentists I've ever been to. The whole staff was so kind and explained everything so plain. I'll definitely stick with them!
