Worst experience at this location! I had ordered lasagna and spaghetti with meat sauce to go. As i’m eating the spaghetti, the meat was very mushy and tasted undercooked, sure enough, the next morning i woke up with a bad itch and i was covered in hives. I was unable to work to be treated at home. The hives were very uncomfortable and took about 5 days to fully recover. Due to this bad experience, i will avoid this disgusting place and i’ll be sure to contact corporate as well!! The kitchen staff should not be on duty if they don't know how to properly cook. This issue has to be addressed and rectified!!

Came to napolis restraunt for a lasagna, to be honest the food wasnt the best but luckily I had a great server named elma I think. I wouldn't come back just for the food but I would just for the great service and hospitality I expiernced here. I would love to come back in the near future and I wish the best for the server, elma, who served me with the best and kindest customer service. I wish her the best of luck and great success in the near future.

This was, without a doubt, the worst Italian meal I’ve ever had. I’ve been coming here for years, but after this, I’m completely disappointed. The drop in quality is shocking. I’m warning everyone: don’t waste your time or money. I ordered the chicken fettuccini Alfredo, and it was awful. The sauce was tasteless—completely bland. The chicken? Definitely not fresh. I had to spit most of it out because it was rubbery and inedible. The only decent part of the meal was the salad, the ranch dressing, and the olive oil dip. The bread was dry and unappealing.
Calling this place Italian is an insult to real Italian food. It’s disgraceful. When I called the manager, I got a weak apology and the absurd claim that their recipes haven’t changed. That’s clearly false. Fresh chicken doesn’t turn into rubber. The management is clueless, and the cook should be fired immediately. Even Gordon Ramsay couldn’t fix this place. Completely awful.

I haven’t tried the food yet but if it’s anything like the service I received on my call for curbside then I won’t be back anyway. I almost got a refund. The website gives you a choice between pickup or curbside. When you call for the curbside when you get there the workers and owner act like they don’t know what’s going on. The owner kept saying why don’t you come in and I advised because your website offers curbside. And when I had asked about my order I told him I ordered the wrong thing 2 mins prior he says he already made it. And he would have to throw it away. If you making a pasta combo in 2 mins I don’t want it ??? customer service definitely bad so I’ll see when I get my food…

I've ordered take out here before around 4 times and each time it was excellent. Ordered wed evening 2 custom slices of pizza, chicken spinach Alfredo and salad. 1st let me say my order took an hour, when I initially placed the order it was about 28 minute order but then got notification it wouldn't be ready until about an hour from order time, I wanted to cancel after that but the app doesn't give you an option. Then I pick up the order drive 7 minutes to get home. 1st thing the pizza was horrible!! It was cold, soggy, and not even really cooked, I took a pic, look how the cheese isn't even melted. Second my chicken Alfredo spinach was cold and just didn't look like the normal variation I get there, compare my pick to the other picks on here and see. The only thing good was the salad, lol. Yes I was sorely disappointed. I still have the food and thought about returning for a refund, I still might.

The people giving this place 3 stars or less are Debbie downers. Very good pizza and pasta, the garlic rolls are delicious as well. First time there, and will be back plenty more since we live in the area. 10/10. We were also in and out in less than 30-40 min, we had no problem getting refills, getting our check, paying, etc. for those that don’t know, yYOU’RE SUPPOSED TO PAY AT THE COUNTER WHEN YOU GET YOUR CHECK AND YOU’RE DONE.
