We were the only customers arriving at 2:25pm Ordered fried calamari : EXCELLENT Ordered Spartan burger with feta fries. Burger patty is a frozen mystery meat flavored patty. Cooked well done but ordered MEDIUM. Feta fries arrived cold. Very disappointing. We were looking forward to this experience. The food does not look like the photos in the menu. We requested and received warm feta fries. They did give us a complimentary salad for the trouble. Server was apologetic. It seemed to be the kitchen staff that was holding him up. We asked for extra Spartan sauce and waited 10 mins for it with our burger then getting cold as well. They need to improve their burger. It was not worth the $14. The Rockwall location has the Rowlett location beat hands down.

Great experience first time coming here. Food was excellent, not one complaint, ate it all. Very delicious food. I had the eggs benedict brunch. The waiter was also very attentive and kind and took care of me well while I visited here. Will definitely be back for more.

Update Review: So ever since I found this place, Iâve been coming here at least three times a week and today was the WORST experience by far! I called ahead to place my order only to get here and the guy played like he had no idea what I had ordered and didnât even take the order down until I got here! It wasnât until I asked if he had even taken my order to where he said â he hadnâtâ UNACCEPTABLE!!!! If there food wasnât so good, I wouldnât come back! He doesnât need to be working here honestly!
Wow is all I can say! I came here after having a taste for a gyro not being totally satisfied by the options near me, so I looked up Greek places near me and this place came up! OMG, WTF have I been?? The Gyro is sooooo freaking good! The Flavor! My only complaint is that the onions arenât purple, but I usually keep onions in the fridge so I just cut up some when I get home! And the fetta fries, OMG! Sooo good. I found out about this place and have already been here 4 times lol. You definitely have you a regular because I could eat a Gyro everyday!

Enjoyed the meal and our server was great! The atmosphere was cozy and overall we had a great experience.
However there was an older lady that worked there with brown hair who was very rude. I think she may have been the manager. The place was pretty empty when we went (one other table). We were with our one year old that acts her age. Sheâd squeal and laugh because sheâs a happy child and the manager made rude comments to us because of it.
The place was empty, so it wasnât disrupting anyone. Tell me youâre miserable and donât have children without telling me⊠But like I said, our servers and all the servers for that matter were great. Management could learn a thing or two from them about customer service though.
Unique menu items and very good food. Sunday brunch menu is easily the best Rowlett. Desserts are also excellent.

Cannot say enough good things about this place! Absolutely love the vibes, the Sangria and Roasted Chicken are my go-to, but have never had a meal here I did love. Super easy to order online and pick up on the way home from work too! - love your Toast friends
