I was greeted and served quick by a woman name Grace. Food was very delicious. They make their food better than the other pandas I tried so far, despite the reviews I seen before. The young lady name Vi was very informative and checked me out with a smile! Will come back again

This is not the firecracker shrimp! This is unacceptable as I always get the firecracker shrimp at other locations and by far this has been the worst! I give NO STARS!!! The Manager from this location or owner should be ashame that they’re misleading their customers in thinking they’re home get the real thing! I had stopped coming here because they’re always out of something but today I decided to give them another try but I will not be coming here ever again!

This location is nice inside but 75% of the time the rice is crunchy and/or chicken has definitely been sitting out forever and so food is just not enjoyable. Also drive thru never gives the sauces I ask for. Lately I’ve been going out of my way to go to other locations even though this one is the closest to

I really enjoy this Panda location. I typically hit the drive through but the inside is nice and the staff have always been friendly to me. I have had to make a habit of asking if less popular entrees are fresh and if they’ve been sitting a while I’ll wait a few minutes while they make a fresh batch. Always worth it.
Employees were super nice. Food was not very warm and brand, even the Kung Pao chicken. I was there about 1:30pm and I'm pretty sure the food had been sitting for awhile. There was not much sauce on either the Kung Pao or Orange Chicken. Chicken egg roll was way over done. I will try a different place next time.

Unprofessional woman in black “Diana” gave me a look when I came in to order my food as if she had just seen something horrible. Didn’t greet and was generally in a bad mood it seems.

UPDATE: after 35 minutes I went inside and asked for the manager. She comes says sorry and goes and gets the bag with my order that has been just sitting there! Never again will I go backCurrently going on 25 minutes waiting outside because what I ordered needed 10 minutes to cook. Called inside to ask what is going on to be told the cook made the wrong thing and they needed more time! Seriously this food better be hot when it finally comes out.
