Everything that I ordered, soups, sandwich, and even the Pecan roll were outstanding. Haven't been by for a while and I am so glad I made this call today. Thanks

I stopped in to grab breakfast and to take a webinar call. It was a great experience. I am a tech nerd so, I love a great digital ordering kiosk. The entire restaurant was really clean and the entire team was very friendly. Panera's across the DFW Metroplex have become really hit or miss...this one is definitely a hit.

$7 for a liquidity smoothie… left a weird film in my mouth, had big ice chunks, and only tasted like banana even though you can see the strawberry hue in there.
It took me 15 minutes to get through drive-thru for it too! The price compared to the size and drive-thru time are my biggest complaints.

Worst location. Raw uncooked bagel. Screen showed order ready but staff dint give a dam. Hadn't even started. Took 15 mins of me standing there and several follow ups when they finally got all my 3 items. Bagel was not fully cooked could taste raw dough and had to spit out. They said all bagels in that batch are made same and offered different kind of bagel but again after another long wait. Would try not going here again unless have no other choice.
Food was cold and no one told us our food was ready for pick up at the window. The taste of the food was bland and tastless cashier and manager were polite and friendly
Fresh!!
I’m literally sitting in the DT right now for going on 20 minutes. There is no way out of the drive thru so you are stuck. I put in my order and it said it would be ready at 5:25 and it is currently 5:45. So I’ve been waiting even longer than that! This is crazy. Should have looked at the reviews before I ordered.

Soups and sandwiches were cold. Driver late almost an hour and he called that he was outside the door he was at different address and he did not know english had to ask neighbor to translate. Asked for a bowl and got a cup with lost of soup and 2 teaspons of chicken and noodles! Seems they scraped bottom of pot to get scraps! Never again at this location!

The red head working the drive thru called us a liar because she misheard our order. I used to work at panera bread I am very aware that sandwiches come with chips which was why I specified I wanted a Baguette. When we got chips we politely asked to swap it for the baguette and were told with an attitude "just so yall know sandwiches come with chips" and we said "yeah we know but we specified the Baguette" and she rudely cocked her head to the side and said "well I took yalls order". I had typed the order on my phone and listened to my husband order it, she misheard it. I can't tell you how many times this location has botched our order but I've never been accused of it being my fault and been so rudely treated.

Never again! My sandwich was stale and tasteless. Very disappointed considering the money we spent!

Wow, I’ve just had my first visit to Panera Bread in Rowlett, and let me tell you—it did not disappoint! This place is a total gem. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the inviting atmosphere and the friendly staff.
I went with a sandwich and salad combo, and both were fantastic. The sandwich was loaded with fresh ingredients and packed with flavor—exactly what you want from a place like this. The salad was just as impressive, crisp and perfectly dressed. It’s clear that Panera Bread takes pride in the quality of their food.
But the real highlight? The dessert. I had to indulge, and boy, am I glad I did. It was the perfect sweet ending to a great meal. Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or enjoying a leisurely lunch, the dessert is a must-try.
Here are things that are important to me at a restaurant:
- Cleanliness of the restrooms - 5 star for this location
- Cleanliness of the store itself - 5 star for this location
- Customer Service - 5 star for this location
- Working Tap at the register - 5 star for this location
Everything about this Panera Bread location was spot on—great food, excellent service, and a cozy atmosphere. If you haven’t been yet, make sure to stop by. I’ll definitely be coming back! ??

Portion sizes are so much smaller than usual. A bit of a disappointment today.
If you basically only want bread or filler this is your place.
