Ordered pizza from this place, they keep missing items in the order. Have done it several times. They refuse to refund for missing items and just want to add credit the pizza hut account ( very conveniently) . Spoke to the manager Naria, she blamed door dash. But they have missed items to go orders too. Very poor customer service. No problem resolution skills for manager.

I come to this pizza hut every day. 50% of the time they make it good. And 50% of the time they mess up my pizza. They blame me for choosing the toppings. They say my toppings are complicated. The manager said to me today that if I ask for a remake of my pizza, she will refuse me service. I am a polite person. The manager says this is her store and she can do whatever she wants. Food is good. The service is horrible. Before coming to this pizza hut, think twice. Y'all will have the worst customer service here. I used to give them business everyday. The manager is rude and might refuse service if you ask for a remake on your pizza. She called her boss and complained on me for no fault of mine (just for asking to remake the pizza).

Ordered on the app and got there on time. They told me they needed seven more minutes to finish my order and then came up to me, twenty minutes later, letting me know they forgot to make a pizza (I only ordered 2) and we're just putting it in the oven. I told them to cancel the order and walked out.

Ordered a pizza for delivery, which we had to pay more for them to use UBER to deliver it. We received the order for our family and it was not what we ordered, in fact it was covered in mushrooms which some of us are highly allergic to. When we called about the order the manager told me to take the food away from the kids that were already eating and bring it back....it was delivered for a reason. They refused to correct their error or acknowledge the grave mistake they made and could have put someone in the hospital or worse.

Misty was absolutely amazing, she helped me with my order and went above and beyond. The entire staff and manager were very professional, the store was very clean and food was prepared fast, Misty also double checked my order and made sure everything was as expected and i left happy. Highly recommend!
Don't be fooled with the high reviews. This location is the worst. The food is fine. It's the service. Placed order online at 4 pm. Their tracker showed the pizza just went into the oven at 5:10pm. They don't have enough drivers so at 6pm they contracted with doordash to make the delivery. At 6:05 the doordash driver arrives at the restaurant - gues what? Yep, pizza not ready. Theat 6:24

Placed an order for pick up and walked into the store and no one was at the front. As I waited 4 more people had arrived and still no one working acknowledged any of us waiting. I stood there waiting for 10 minutes before someone finally showed up at the front and handed me my order that had just been sitting there. This was not a good night for service as I noticed someone sitting at the desk looking at the computer. Need to do better.

Their pizza is horrible and it’s sad to honestly say. The cheese is thin the crust is dry and unseasoned 🤮 The sauce is bland and honestly the worst money I spent on pizza. Little Caesar pizza is outdoing them. Saddddd
