The app said my order was ready. When I got there I could not check in with the app. I walked in told the name on the order was told it was not ready. None of the workers stayed at the counter. I had to call loudly to the back more than once for someone to come up there. The tv was very loud.

Worse store ever! Employee Katelyn is very rude & unprofessional!
Tried this location again but the food quality is terrible. The pizza was dry, cheese over cooked, dough tough and chewy. Usually their pastas are their saving grace but it was flavorless and super watery. I don’t even want to finish it. If you want a better quality pizza try Zukos or Napolis down the street.

Worst pizza hut ever they are so unprofessional I literally had to wait for the workers (yes all them)to finish smoking to get my order and it was still wrong asked to speak with a manager who immediately got upset about me complaining about my pizza being wrong ??♂️? she started arguing with the other workers while I'm standing right there so I just accepted the wrong order and left as I'm about pull off all the workers come back outside to finish the smoke session? with house shoes on and everything

I’m really surprised to see this establishment with a 3.3 ⭐️ I have ordered from many pizza huts and majority of the time the custom service is awful. Our order was picked up and when we got home we noticed one pizza was slightly wrong (no big deal). I called the store and spoke with Caitlyn the shift manager, she offered right a way to fix the issue and have it delivered and the proceeded to tell us that they just had a rush and it was possible that it was overlooked (it happens all the time, I’m a GM of a restaurant so I get it). This young lady was fabulous. Would love to have people like that work for me in my establishments. She deserves a raise and pat on the back. This Pizza Hut will be my regular hut thanks to Caitlyn. Kudos to you.
