Finished order last night at 6:03. Was told it would take about 40 minutes, not bad for a Saturday night. Checked the text they sent me to track the order. Now the delivery time was 7:04. We waited 15 minutes and at 7:20 called to ask where our order was. Got the usual attitude and the response was since it's out for delivery it is not in our system any more. Not a very good design. Went back to the text and only got error codes. We were hungry, so at 7:40 we went to Whataburger. When we got a little after 8 there was a pizza on our front porch, crawling with ants.

I don't know if today is a holiday but even if it is this is the worst experience I've had. it was a 50 minute wait when this place is literally a 10 minutes from my house, which I don't mind waiting but then my pizza comes cold when it arrives garlic knots don't even have cheese in them. very upset. the one star was for my wings because they were free because of my point and wings were alright.

The worst customer service at the Rowlett, TX Pizza Hut. Two weeks ago, I ordered dinner for my family, 2 hours later I called to inquire where our pizza was and they said "oh, it's on the back counter waiting on someone to deliver it". Last night I ordered dinner and told them I should have a discount based on the previous service, she stated "you don't, do you still want the order?". Then I receive a call from someone claiming to be the manager who stated she needed to run my card again because the system was down. I said no because the transaction had already debited my account. I asked why she had such an attitude with me and I reminded her that I was the customer and I was telling her that the charge had already debited my account. When I asked to speak to the manager she told me she was the manager. The call disconnected and I didn't get a call back. After a few minutes, I call back and ask to speak to the manager and the girl that answered said oh is this ****, I said yes and she said I need your cc info. I asked to speak to the manager and I'm told to hold on and a different person came on and she stated she was the manager. So now I've been lied to and the other "manager" is talking in the background and says forget it give her the pizza. Well guess what..., I was charged for the pizza and it was cold.
The meals and service were beyond our expectations. We really liked the vibes of this restaurant. Superb place to take the family out for dinner.

Loved the pizza was ready when they said it would be customer service was good and as of july2020 they are doing great! I almost didn't order due to the reviews but looked at date and they were from a while back

Place is terrible and customer service and I've call them for a medium pizza been waiting for half an hour for my pizza and told them when will it be ready they and they said we didn't get your name for the pizza so you have to wait 20 min for it to be done not coming back

this pizza hut doesn't deserve even a 1 star horrible customer service and manager delivery horrible pizzas were unrecognizable in the boxes theres so much more to this horrible pizza experience i called corporate office not gonna be my pizza hut again close this location or get new owner/managers and retrain employees and teach them how to talk to customers as well drive with pizzas in their cars worst pizza hut store i have ever been too hi my name is shelby oh i never answered the phone
