ordered an 8 piece classic chicken meal with an extra side of mashed potato and you guys forgot the fry’s on the order and we called to ask for a refund and you’re horrible Manager said to bring it back up we live 30 minutes away it was on our way home and we couldn’t bring it back as someone who has been a manager in fast food for years i wound have just voided the order and just ate my loss if i forgot to give the customer food. Bad customer service on all party’s starts with the owner

My bag was ripping when the guy at the window handed me my bag. By the time I sat it down the bottom was falling out. Food was cold.

1/31/25: Went to this location, because customer service is usually pretty good. It was around 8:30 pm, I went inside and Hugo took my order: 8 piece spicy chicken meal, large side and 4 biscuits. He asked if I didn't mind waiting 7-8 minutes so that the chicken would be fresh. I agreed. He called me when the order was ready. He was very courteous. When I got home, we didn't get our biscuits. I called several times, but the line rang busy. Next time I stop by I will let them know that they owe me 4 biscuits. Plenty of parking available, a couple of customers insides, and the drive-thru wasn't very busy. Restaurant appeared clean. The receipt was not in the bag. I paid with a Cc.

I mean, why even keep this place open. Every single time, either their credit card machines are not working or they run out of food, especially wings in the evening/night time. Absolutely no customer service. Bunch of kids/teens working that don't care and looks like no supervisor. They are rude all the time, take forever since they are chit chatting, jamming to music or outside smoking. Don't understand how a restaurant runs out of food every single time. Shame that even tho I'm in Rowlett, I have to go to either rockwall or garland to get my popeyes.

Google said they were open till 11 and it was 10:35 when we pulled up but the guy inside said they closed early for the holiday… however the hours on their sign did not state early closure for the day before Thanksgiving.

Last time I went here, 3 years ago, there was a special for 2 piece of chicken for 2 dollars. They were nothing but breading and bone. Sounds funny...but come on...I haven't been here for a while. I don't like this one that much.

popeyes is losing another customer.., it is me ! they will lose customers every day, sooner or later this name “popeyes” will be erased! GIVE US BACK the Tuesday chicken $0.99 and then $1.75 then $1.99, now $2.99??, next year will be my guess $5.99 plus tax ! BYE !

Everytime I go here the staff, especially Jerioeus, really makes this place shine. I'll be honest, I didn't always like Popeyes, the chicken back where I grew up wasn't as good as some other places and felt expensive, but once I moved here and started frequently attending this location the staff here really brightened my day. Hats off to these guys, they really make this place shine, and I hope they're compensated for how they carry this place. If ever anything's wrong, they've hooked me up, and are extremely friendly in conversation to boost, thank y'all so much for running this place as well as y'all do.
