On March 17th 2024, 7;36 pm. Order # 14. At 5251 Rowlett Road, Rowlett. Ordered 8pc box, received 2 boxes of 2pc chicken and a biscuit each. we were in hurry, trusted the people, got home and checked the order, it was a surprise for sure. Started calling the restaurant to return the food, the phone remained busy for the evening.

The worst Popeyes in Dallas County! Spent over 21 dollars to have food delivered... And my gosh! Taste and looked like it came from an anorexic chicken! People don't bother! I strongly suggest Wing STOP! One would think they would serve hot, fresh , chicken...not day old turned brown chicken when you have your meal delivered!

The people at the drive-thru were friendly and welcoming. I am unhappy with the greasiness and wooden quality of the fried chicken. The taste was off, and I dont think my digestive tract will give them another chance.

Came in here yesterday for a quick snack. I had a wonderful experience at the drive through. It was fast and my drink and food was great. Jerioeus at the drive through was extremely kind, respectful and his kindness made my day much better! I was very thankful for this. He's an asset to the team here.

I understand fast food is stereotypically meant for kids to work in but they're unprofessionalism is unacceptable.The only time I feel comfortable coming here is during the day. If I wasn't saved i definitely wouldn't be leaving a review. I'd be doing something their parents clearly failed at. Why does this store operator fail to provide decent service? My meal wasn’t even prepared and properly boxed up. Just thrown into a bag like an animal. It’s sad really.

Ordered 3 separate orders of wings. All 3 orders were wrong. Each order had all hot chicken. I ordered garlic Parmesan with all r3 orders. Ridiculous you can't get what you pay for at these fast food places.I cant eat anything spicyNot a happy customer

Everytime I come here no matter what day or time the workers always forgot to give me at least one item of my order. it’s exhausting when I have to check to make sure everything in the bag. It’s either that or it’s the completely wrong order. The food is good but the service is trash. Maybe y’all need to change management it’s no team work at all.

I have been visiting Popeye's Chicken for over 15 years locally. I have visited over a dozen different locations throughout that time span. I will never go back to this location. For anyone that chooses this location, be sure to check your food for quality, check your order for accuracy. if you don't, you have been warned. they pretend to listen, they pretend to care, they pretend you are getting a typical experience, you will get something different. you will be disappointed and then feel let down. nothing I ordered was in the bag. nothing was as it should be.1) I ordered all dark (he asked me if I'd wait because it was sold out, I said yessir) I found white meat in the bag.2) I ordered "Homestyle Mac and Cheese", I found mashed potatoes (there was only a tablespoon of the thinnest gravy I've ever seen in the package with the potatoes)3) I ordered 2 different kinds of wings (2 orders of 6) I found 12 of a single flavor.4) I ordered 2 apple pies, I found no apples pies.5) I ordered Red Beans and Rice, this was something I've never seen before, it looked like very watered down Red Beans with only 1 heaping tablespoon of rice floating around in the runny sauce. I didn't eat anything, I was concerned with the food quality and the people serving the public......it didn't look like any other time I've visited a Popeye's Chicken. something was up and I don't take chances with flaky fast food service or food products .......I will never visit this location as long as I live..... it must be embarrassing for the company....I see now that most reviews are also very very low. This place will close down within a few more years if not sooner. Unless the owner fixes this utter failure, this place will be gone soon, this brand typically has so much potential to be successful and prosperous. Lesson Learned. Y'all be careful with this one, you know there's a lot they can do with the food before they serve it, and it's real hard to recognize what you're eating with all the rich spices. if it doesn't look right, if it looks off, throw it away, you're taking a chance with your well being.
