It's so hard to get an order done the way your family wants it. They speak cainglish. Not English. I need a translator. They always mess up order extra sauce becomes extra toast. Extra charges. Box combo always order same way no slaw extra toast They charges me extra toast. Why

This location is always a hit or miss! Most times it’s a miss. Depending on what time you go, you either get good crispy chicken or you get old soggy fries and chicken. Went through the drive through today and fries were undercooked and chicken was completely soggy and falling apart. It tasted like the food had been sitting out for sometime, gross!!

Staff told me they don't give out caniac cards anymore, even though the website won't allow you to sign up for an account without one. Not sure how you contradict yourself by saying you don't have them but they never gave me a response just started to talk to someone else while I stood there and eventually left the restaurant. Super unprofessional.

This was literally the worst meal I’ve ever had at a Canes. The chicken and fries were soggy and left a greasy film in my mouth. The toast was not toasted and even the canes sauce was not prepared properly. It looked and tasted more like ketchup and you could see the red streaks running thru it like it wasn’t mixed well. Even though this location is less than a 1/2 mile from my house I will avoid it in the future. This is the second bad experience I’ve had with the food here.

This place have really changed. The size of the chicken strips are ridiculous for the price. So not worth the money going there anymore I ordered a 3 finger combo and these are the chicken strip. This use to be my favorite now ill just stick with chick favorite le or wingstop. If I want nuggets

the rude manager with the nose piercing needs to check her attitude. i wasn’t even talking to her and she was making facial expressions at me that made me feel unwelcome while i was giving my order. other than that everything was fine but yeesh how freaking uncomfortable.

Raising Canes: Where Chicken Tenders Tend to Wreck Your Taste BudsThis meal was an absolute disaster; I'd rather eat cardboard. I've had beef jerky with more moisture than this $16 disappointment. The only highlight was the Heinz ketchup packets – ask for them or regret wasting your money. The bread was as exciting as a blank canvas, and the fries barely reached 'mediocre' status. The sauce? I'd rather have taken a dare. I'll never step into this overpriced, desert-dry chicken joint again. The large Coke Zero had zero flavor, living up to its name.Their idea of food presentation? A long, black hair as the pièce de résistance. I'm switching to Chicken Express pronto. What a nightmare. Do you folks even know real food? It's atrocious. The drive-through's music? Ear-piercing for no reason. You're better off at the Target next door with a pretzel. 0/10. $16 for that 'quality' of food? Total highway robbery, Mr. Cane. Never again! What a disaster.

The drive threw service has come down hill recently 3 times now I order and the order is either wrong or an items wasn't added. Friendly service but just someone isn't managing to check that everything is properly sent out.
